Reach Out To Pizza Hut Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Pizza Hut ,Employees are running the stores alone. 6/3/2025. I walked into a Store in Burlington, WI 53105 and there was one person running the store all by themself. This employee was there alone for over 4 hours yesterday and come to find out they are alone again today. How is this acceptable? If this person gets hurt or worse none will find out till well after the fact. How is this not a safety concern? How is this not a lawsuit waiting to happen? I called corporate yesterday to address my concern…yet the same thing is happening again today. I understand they are short staffed and have call off, but running a store by themself should not be acceptable for safety reasons. The employee stated they did try to contact the manager several time with no response. The manager and GM are both aware is this normal practice?

Pizza Hut, The Order service is in dire need of more professional update! We placed order no problem, when we arrived to pick up our order only half was prepared…what happen to the other order? Pizza Hut explained that order seems to drop orders due to the service call automation. they have no control and are un able to insure all orders come correct. We had to pay twice for one correct order.. This puts the employees in a bad situation . Especially when customers are very upset!

Pizza Hut, Cold Food, Missing Items, and Zero Accountability. I placed an order on May 28, 2025 at 5:15 PM, and it wasn’t delivered until 6:39 PM—cold and missing items. I tried to call and speak with a manager, and what I experienced was completely unacceptable. Pizza Hut is now using a third-party call center, and the people answering the phones are rude and unprofessional. One even hung up on me and told me, “If you don’t like it, don’t call.” Seriously? It’s impossible to reach an actual manager to request a refund. I paid for food I didn’t receive, and no one is willing to help. No one answers the phone at the store either. I finally had to file a claim with my bank to try to get my money back. This happened at the 8380 N. Decatur Blvd., Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89131 location. I will never order from here again. The service is a complete joke, and Pizza Hut should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers.

Pizza Hut,24 pieces of mushroom total. Priority, medium onion, and mushroom pizza universities. Here’s what it looked like. I think it’s totally unacceptable, if somebody orders, mushrooms and onions to have such a slight sprinkling of both toppings. Might as well have just gotten a cheese pizza. Let me know if you’re gonna fix this or if I should just go somewhere else?? I like Pizza Hut Pizza. I just don’t like being ripped off with like my two toppings amounting to nothing.

Pizza Hut, Bad service, no refund, no phone contact.. 05/26/25 – Granbury, Tx. Pizza Hut store. Ticket #0032. Ordered delivery direct from the web site 4:30PM, estimated delivery time was given as 6:23PM to 6:33PM, 2 hours. Not acceptable time frame but decided to wait. Order was not delivered so went to store. waited 10 to 15 minutes to speak to Manager on duty. At approximately 7:00PM the “Manager” finely decided to talk to me. I asked if they had even received my order and was told that he would check on it. Brought out two Pizza’s with no Pasta, said that they were out of pasta. I asked for a refund of the following charges to my card that had already been taken out: Pasta $9.99, Delivery charge $4.99, over tax $0.99 and Drivers tip $9.99. Total of $24.73. He said that he could not give a refund but would credit my account. NOT good enough. I want that or all of my charges for such shotty run operation. At the time that I was in the store there were 4 DoorDash drivers and one GrubHub driver waiting on orders and about 8 to 10 customers waiting also. All for extended length of time. As far as I could count there were only 4 employees working.
