Sixt Overcharge Issue

Sixt, Overcharges. Rented a vehicle in Rome, initially ordered the smallest vehicle available, with a total cost of under $600. After arriving, we were mistaken for another reservation. The front desk technician somehow inadvertently thought we were from France, not the USA. She processed our entire order under the other person, including our credit card. We finally corrected the mistake, but was incorrectly billed. Upon checking our credit card and realizing the mistake, I phoned the customer support team and explained the whole situation. The customer support person agreed that we were owed three different credits, we were charged for being late to return the car, which we were not, we were charged for two extra drivers and our initial deposit was never credited. This conversation was the week of August 23, 2024. It is now five weeks later, and this had not been corrected. I am willing to file a charge back with my credit card company if you are not able to correct this matter ASAP.

Sixt, Congratulations to Enterprise W Dixie Miami. Had the worst ever customer experience at Sixt in W Dixie Highway Miami and left after an hour of dealing with uneducated and a manager clearly unhappy in his job watching all his staff texting friends and the customers left rotting. Walked 20 minutes to Enterprise at W Dixie Highway. A few people there but instantly spoken to by the manager who told me welcome and let me fix things for you. Night and day. Well done Enterprise and to Frank Gomez and his professional staff, you now have a new and grateful customer.

SIXT Damaged Car Huge Repair Bill

I am addressing SIXT with regard to the above rental and damage repair. I wish to convey to you my dissatisfaction with the amount that has been charged, which I consider extremely high and adjusted to high for the damage incurred. I have used SIXT rent-a-car many times (in Italy, Norway, the UK, etc) in the past. In the present context, I must express my deep disappointment and let you know that I shall not use SIXT in the future. RESERVATION DATE : 3/6 – 6/6 – POTSDAM GERMANY
