Reach Out To Walmart Corporate Office Headquarters 

Walmart, Delivery driver took my order. I placed an online grocery order to be delivered the following day. What I received was someone else’s order. I immediately contacted Walmart and was told to receive a refund I needed to take the incorrect order to Walmart if I wanted a refund. They refused my request. I have the delivery person’s name and the name of the person whose order I received. I am in my late 60’s and disabled and it’s physically impossible for me to take it back. They refused to come and pick it up and told me to keep it. Now they will not reimburse me. I’m out $82 and live on a fixed income. I can’t afford to pursue legal action. It’s terrible!!

Walmart is my favorite store. I enjoy going to Walmart. I live in an assisted living facility just down the road from Walmart. It is very convenient for me. Thank you. I use the disabled carts, otherwise I can’t go. They are a big help. I was using one and it died. I told the manager they needed more. He did not agree. I saw a younger woman push a elderly lady out of one and take it. The carts are very necessary for many customers. please help us.

Walmart, Oct. 26, 2024. 4:00 PM. Earlier this afternoon. I am trying to buy a small refrigerator from Walmart. I used my Mastercard credit card number but Walmart has my old and deleted Mastercard Number and will not tell me how to have Walmart not show my old MC numeber in the future because it is no longer in service. We my wife and I, have been Walmart customers for Many, Many years. Your item refrigerator seems to be an excellent value and I would like to order it again if Walmart would only accept my new card. Thank you. Sorry to say but Walmart will not accept my new Mastercard number and Will not delete my old Mastercard number from its files. Therefore, I could not complete my order t0 buy a new refrigerator from Walmart. Walnart even gave me a special number which I should use to complete my purchase-. The frig. seemed be a very good Walmart value but your system does not work. Thanks for listening.,
