Reach Out To Walmart Corporate Office Headquarters 

Walmart, no call back. On 11/18/24, I made a complaint about apple juice getting moldy and concern for my health after ingesting it. I was told that the store manager would call, hasn’t happened. Perhaps I should send the photos to the Health department?

Walmart, Delivery driver took my order. I placed an online grocery order to be delivered the following day. What I received was someone else’s order. I immediately contacted Walmart and was told to receive a refund I needed to take the incorrect order to Walmart if I wanted a refund. They refused my request. I have the delivery person’s name and the name of the person whose order I received. I am in my late 60’s and disabled and it’s physically impossible for me to take it back. They refused to come and pick it up and told me to keep it. Now they will not reimburse me. I’m out $82 and live on a fixed income. I can’t afford to pursue legal action. It’s terrible!!

Walmart, I am writing to express my concern regarding the treatment of a former employee at your Mayodan, North Carolina, store. This individual, a mother of two, had been a dedicated team member for 19 months. In August, while loading online orders, she was struck by a car and sustained a fractured arm. Unable to work during her recovery, she was eventually medically cleared to return to her position. However, to my dismay, she was terminated upon her return. This decision appears to be lacking in compassion for an employee who suffered an injury while serving the company. Actions like this can erode the trust and loyalty of both employees and customers. Please consider reinstating this individual. Additionally, I recommend reviewing policies to ensure employees injured on the job receive the respect and fairness they deserve.

Walmart, Order of 4 tires. Last week I ordered 4 tires on sale for my van. Girl told me they would be here in Tullahoma store Tuesday. Checked twice not here. Tires are old and need to be replaced. Here it is Thursday afternoon and still not here. I could have gone next door and had the tires on. Only bad thing wrong in over twenty years.
