Wyndham Disappointing Time Share Issues

April 22, 2025

Wyndham, Owner Star Island (Florida) and Santa Barbara Resort and Yacht Club. We own the two time shares listed above. We recently found that we could Only use RCI for one and Only use Interval International for the other. How ridiculous is this? We will be contacting a lawyer and selling or disposing of both properties. We will not do business with this disreputable organization again. I will warn everyone I know of this deceptive and horrid practice.Show more

Wyndham Garden York PA Disappointing Experience

April 22, 2025

Wyndham Garden York, PA. The subject incident occurred yesterday, 4/21, at the location referenced above. I’m filing this complaint because a woman on the janitorial staff is entering a men’s restroom without knocking first. This happened Twice yesterday. First occurrence. Early in the day, I was seated in the lobby area opposite the men’s/women’s restrooms. A gentleman entered the men’s room. Literally two seconds later, the subject cleanning woman exited the women’s restroom. She asked me if there was anyone in the men’s room. I answered yes. So what does she do? She opens and holds the door open to the men’s room all the way. So I’m thinking, why is she doing That???? Then, about 10 seconds later, she decides to just go completely in the men’s room. You read correctly. I was in total shock. What is this woman Thinking????Show more

Later in the day, I happened to be in the lobby area. The same woman happened to be servicing the restrooms. She serviced the women’s restroom first. Then again, she went straight on in without knocking. What if a male janitor did that in connection with the ladies’ room???? That would be all over mainstream media. This needs to be terminated. Not warning. Terminated, and Immediately. Obviously, I don’t know her name. She’s a woman and walks with a slight limp. Please investigate this matter and get back to me. This is Very serious. If she entered the restroom while I’m inside, I would sue the Company. This is totally, unacceptable. This is just ridiculous I have to take time out of my personal life for such. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely.

Wyndham Jacksonville FL Disappointing Experience

April 16, 2025

Wyndham, We stayed at the Wyndham Garden Jacksonville. Apr 6 – Apr 7 The room looked ok just old and not upgraded in a while. I noticed some trash on the floor. The next morning after I took a shower, I noticed something on the floor under the counter. I took a picture of it. I then checked out told the desk person. She said OK like this is normal. It was very disgusting.Show more

Wyndham Fort Leonard MO Disappointing Experience

April 14, 2025

Wyndham worst hotel I have ever stayed in! We stayed at the Wyndham in Fort Leonard Wood MO. I do not even know where to start. 1. The outside is falling apart and the wheelchair portion is so torn up there were be no way that a handicapped person could get to it. 2. We were in room 411 and the ceiling looked like it had been patched and looked like they painted over mold.Show more

3. The shower curtain had mold on it and looked like it needed to be replaced.

4. I had my dog with us as I always do and she got sick from something in the room. I say this as she has never been in another hotel and gotten sick and has not been sick since we have been home. 5. The small green and black blanket on the bottom of the bed had some substance on it that was not identifiable and looked like it had never been washed. 6. We did not even eat breakfast there as it looked dirty and like things were never washed. 7. I understand the shampoo and conditioner is free but I expected it to be full so that I could use it and once I was in the shower I find it is only less than half full. 8. We did not need a handicap room but that is what we got. Not sure if there was a fire how a wheel chair bound person would escape being on the 4th floor and the bath tub was too high for a handicapped person. We have stayed at different Wyndham branded hotels in the past but this is the worst I have every seen. You should be paying us to stay there. I do not believe that this is what the Wyndham brand looks like and I hope you will do something about it. This is near a military base and lots of people stay because it is close to the base but after this I would never stay there again as there is a whole strip of hotels to choose from that looked better than this. Had I not had this hotel booked for over a month I would have driven down the road and found something better. I paid $135 plus tax per night for something that was no better than a Motel 6. I do hope someone goes and looks at this diaster and fixes it or takes the Wyndham name from it. Step up as this does not fit your brand.

Wyndham Disappointing Experience

March 28, 2025

Wyndham, I have been a customer for 5 year and have over 2 million points and they Refuse to let me use points. Only hotel chain that does this. Can’t believe they strive and “earning points that you can use” when they actually don’t mean it.
