Firestone Mt. Moriah PA

October 13, 2024

Firestone, Damage to my car. I initially came to Firestone to get a new tire and an oil change, I was told I also needed a new rim and that they do not sell rims so I went online and ordered the rim. Once I got the rim I took my car back to Firestone so that they could put my new tire on the rim. Less 4 days later my oil light came on showing that my oil was low and I park in a reserve parking space and it is filled with oil. Today I went back to Firestone because my oil is leaking and is low after only two weeks of getting an oil change mind you I have never had any problems with my car and when the salesman raised my hood a part of my car was ripped off and just laying in my car. One of the mechanics (an older male told a younger male) that I was back and they both laughed, I’m not sure what the problem is but I had a BMW to get destroyed in a fire years ago so I was reluctant to go back to Firestone but against my better judgement I did. I would like for my car to be repaired properly and for the issues with the mechanic addressed, this happened at the Park and Mt. Moriah Location thank you in advance.

Firestone Conroe TX Terrible Experience

February 28, 2025

Firestone, Taken advantage of. I would like to start out by saying I would give Zero stars what I went through was just wrong. I went to Firestone because underneath my truck was making a funny noise. The Firestone I went to in Conroe, Texas by Walmart on I 45 south told me just one you joint was bad so I had them replace it which by the way Nobody should charge over $700 for a huge joint, the part cost about $30 bucks and about an hour to put in so at the most $180 bucks even $200 wouldn’t have been bad but that’s not all so I drove on it for about 3 months and the noise came back again, so I went back to Firestone and then they told me the whole driveshaft had to be replaced and they’re like yeah the driveshaft is bad that’ll be $3000 so I know better. I went to five different mechanic shops and they all pretty much said the same thing there’s nothing wrong with the driveshaft. It’s just that all the U joints need to be replaced because they were greased you joints which you have to grease often and they replace them with you joints that don’t have to be greased and it only cost $600 for 3U joints that’s not all it gets worse so at the time I thought fire stone was honest people so while I’m waiting, I hear the guy I’m working with talking to a transmission shop about if he could go down on his price so they could make more money so at the time I thought it was something to do with something mechanical or they were gonna do part of the work or it was something about parts so Firestone charges me $4200 come to find out the only thing that needed to be replaced was a torque converter and be tuned in a couple other things so when I get there to pay, I was curious about the tuning so I wanted to talk to the transmission shop so they let me talk to the transmission shop guy so he tells me on the phone yeah we replaced the torque converter that’s it but I got charged for a whole new transmission. Actually it would’ve been cheaper for a whole new transmission and come to find out, Firestone did none of the work they were just the middleman adding money to my ticket. What kind of place or human beings do that to replace a to torque converter? Don’t even cost half of that I expect them to be somewhat honest people so while I was on the phone, I got the name of the transmission shops name I called them up. They told me themselves Firestone did nothing but be the middleman and if I would’ve just came straight to them, it wouldn’t even have cost half that price if Firestone wants to make this right which is what a godly person or persons would do. I really hope they make this right because I’m not gonna stop that is my horrible experience with Firestone so people beware

Firestone Damaged My 2017 Lincoln MKZ

February 26, 2025

Firestone, Damages to my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. My experience with the services on my Black Label Lincoln MKZ 2017 on 2/2/2025 to purchase tires, oil change, and sensors which I spent $2000. On Monday 2/25/2025. I saw damages to my front hood. It was snowing, very cold, and windy. The Technician that worked on my car didn’t close the hood and it blew back towards the windshield causing damage to the hood of my car. I think that a person or Technician should have been honest with me and confessed to his mistakes. I should have not found out about it on my own by looking at the damage days later. I will post pictures of the damage and I am praying for a solution to get my car repaired.

Firestone Disappointing Customer Service

February 23, 2025

Firestone tried to force me to buy more than what I needed and could afford as I sat freezing outside in the snow with a damaged tire. I drove my daughter to work and a nail became lodged in my left front tire. Since her job is close to a Firestone/Bridgestone shop, I pulled in to ask if they can fix my tire or sell me a new one. There was a lady that spoke with me and scheduled my appointment, which was two to three hours away (she wasn’t able to give me an exact time). I was prepared to wait in my car since all of the chairs had been taken inside, when she came out and looked at my tire. She said that the tire could not be repaired. I said “Ok, I can try to borrow the money that I need from my sister to buy one tire to replace this one.” The lady then looked at my left rear tire and said “Oh, your tires are bald. I can’t sell you one tire. You have to buy four tires.” I told her that I had just started a new job and would not get my pay until the 13 of March, so I had to borrow the money for the one tire. I also told her that I did not have the money for four new tires and my sister in California did not have that much money that she could lend me. The lady said that I had to buy all four tires or they would not touch my car and then she said that if they did replace the one tire, it would blow my transmission. I knew she was lying and told her I would call a tow truck to take my car somewhere else to get a tire. I think it is terrible, extremely terrible to see a single mom in need of one tire immediately and instead of selling her that tire, try to force her to buy four brand new tires in this economy. I can barely afford food and utilities plus my mortgage right now. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when dealing with my car. To have a Firestone employee lie to me to try to force me to buy what I cannot afford when I am in dire need of help is outrageous. I will Never buy anything from Firestone and I will Always tell everyone that I know about how that lady treated me as I sat in 33° weather begging for help with replacing my tire. Firestone does not care about the people in the community that they sell their tires to. They are money hungry and I honestly wonder if she told me that lie because she thinks I do not know better.
