Reach Out To Ralphs Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Ralphs, Over charging customers. Only shop twice at the Ralph in San Clemente.. first time I went shopping there. They reached into the bag that I told them to fill with groceries. They got my own personal water, without asking me anything and charged me to $2.99 for it. Without even asking me if it was mine. I had put my food in the shopping cart not in my personal bag. So, I had to go back. I was going to exchange the cereal and also tell them to take the charger off for the water. Talked to a manger. While doing the return either the manger or cashier apologize for their mistake. Went back the next day to take advantage of their in-store special of $2.50 on their pomegranates. Which were at the end if they’re selling life. When they rang it up, they overcharge me $d3.98 for their pomegranates. Had to go back again and get a return this time, the cashier did the very end say sorry. But at my calculations, if I shop there four times in a month, And they overcharge me every time. In over a year you were over charge me $180. If you had 800 customers a day. That shopped 4 times in a month. Customers in a day with mistakes on each transaction. That would mean they would overcharge us $144k . This store isn’t watching and making the customers feel when they do a return at their mistake like there’s a thief and they’re not sorry for their mistakes. This needs to be professionally addressed.

Ralph’s La Jolla, CA. Why does Ralph’s continue to allow this behavior? I’ve seen the same individual on multiple occasions take groceries without paying. The Ralph’s manager mentioned that corporate instructed them not to intervene. Cashiers have also noted this person is in the store every week doing the same thing. Why not hire security, like Whole Foods or Sprouts? I will no longer shop at Ralph’s because of this issue. It’s disappointing to see it go unaddressed.

Ralphs, No Customer Service. I called the Canyon Country Village store to find out if they still had the Kendall Jackson Chardonay because I want a case. I called twice and was told to hold. I held over 30 minutes each time to no avail. If they were so busy they should have said they were short on staff and not made me wait. Horrible service!!! Please contact me because I’m ready to include my review on social media.

Ralphs, I am boycotting your company because of the way you are treating the lunch trucks. If anything you should be happy about the one stop shop works shop your company and get a meal all in one.

I will not shop at Ralph’s or any other store that is associated with you.

Ralphs, Good morning, My son started a position filling online orders at the Ralphs on Victoria Ave in Ventura. Johnathan the manager does not allow my son to go to the bathroom. Jonathan tells him that the corporate office wants higher numbers and that includes no breaks. Please audit his timecard he does not clock out for lunch. The management advises the team to cheat on filling online orders regardless of the customers dietary needs. Joanathan said my son was going to receive an hourly wage of $19 on his paycheck he is getting $16. If your customers know they are being cheated, you will lose business. This store is dirty. If this doesn’t get resolved I will contact the office of Gloria Alred.
