Reach Dunkin Donuts Corporate Office 

I have been a loyal supporter of Dunkin Donuts coffee for 10 years now. In light of Dunkin’s recent attack on free speech by stating that they will not advertise on Rumble because “The Right Wing culture on Rumble is too Polarizing” is terrible. As long as Dunkin stands against Free Speech I will stand against Dunkin. I will no longer support Anti-Free Speech Dunkin and I will make sure everybody I know does the same.

Dunkin Donuts, Inconsistent. I like Caramel Craze Signature Latte (Cold) and when I order it, it is never consistent. Either Carmel is lacking, no Straw and no Whipped cream.

Dunkin Donuts, #300630, Brandon FL. I ordered 100 donuts (40 glaze, 60 assorted) and 3 boxes of coffee for my driver on 9/16/2024 at 208 pm to be picked up on 9/18/2024 at 100am, I was assured by the Manager Christine that it would be ready with no issues ( I might add that this was only after she finally stop sweeping to help me). I get there the young ladies on nights had no clue about any order was supposed to be picked up tonight and said their manager had not left them any message. These young ladies are the only reason i gave this a 1 because they did what they could do to try to make this happen for me. I didn’t get what i ordered because they didn’t have them but i received 100 donuts and i received 3 boxes of coffee but they weren’t all regular as ordered. I ordered these items for my drivers for appreciation but it didn’t go as planned. I reached out to Christine at 7am to see how ball was dropped on this and she actual had a bad attitude and hung up the phone on me. Unacceptable!

Dunkin Donuts, Insulting Visit to Dunkin on Sep. 02, 2024, at store #351302, 4685 US Hwy 17, Orange Park, Fl., 32003. My husband and I have been retired for 20 yrs and visit this store at least once a week, sometimes more, since retiring. We went to breakfast there that morning & ordered our usual 2 med hot coffees, 2 orders of bacon & cheddar omelet bites & hash browns. When I asked for 2 forks I was told they were “out of forks” due to their new item loaded hash browns. We ended up eating our omelet bites with our Fingers! Out of curiosity before leaving I asked another employee “how could other customers eat the new item without using a fork”? She told me that they were NOT really “out of forks”, but were told to only provide forks to the customers that ordered the new loaded hash browns item. It was very insulting to either be lied to, or only get the proper utensils to eat eggs when you order only their new item on the menu. It was Extremely embarrassing and insulting to eat our eggs with our fingers in a public establishment. Extremely Poor “management” decision! I think we should be compensated for that embarrassing and insulting experience.

I went to a Dunkin in Lewiston Maine and was getting a order at a Dunkin I frequently go to I asked for a large iced coffee and a med raspberry watermelon lemonade. well the gentle responded and I couldn’t hear him because of the traffic but assumed he said they didn’;t have it well a woman came on screaming at me saying I DONT have Any LEMONADE. very rudely. I got to the window and said I’m sorry and said I didn’t hear you. never got an apology or anything from anyone. mind you I spend hundreds a week at Dunkin. She should be fired. She don’t belong at her job.
