Honda Odyssey Door Issue

Honda, I love my Honda CRV. I’ve got 220,000 miles on it with no issues. We are a blue collar family with kids and decided to purchase a Honda Odyssey. The maintenance on it has been very expensive and yesterday I was quoted at the Honda dealership for $1,700 to fix a sliding door having issues…the scary thing is both doors are having issues and its a 2020. $3,400 on a new van is crazy. We’ve called a few friends with Honda vans and unfortunately high maintenance cost with the Odyssey appears to be a theme. We’re exploring some recalls and we may fall into that category. If I have to pay this kind of money out of pocket we are selling the vehicle as soon as its fixed and will never buy a Honda outside of the tried and tested CRV.

Honda Accord Issues

Honda, On the 25 th day of September I went to purchase another Accord. Test drove my favorite car and I really liked it. What I was extremely disappointed in was the passenger seat and how difficult and uncomfortable the passenger seat was. Drivers seat is excellent but passenger seat is horrendous! I am 72 and getting out on the passenger side is very difficult if you have back issues. It is obvious this brilliant idea to make the passenger seat inappropriate,uncomfortable,and failed to meet the high standards of the Honda Accord. Needless to say I left without purchasing the car. Will look at other brands now.

Honda, I want a Honda Accord so badly! I’m 70 years old and I lost my 2012 Honda Accord in a car crash from a reckless driver. I Loved My Car So Much! Then time was running out and I had to purchase something so I brought home a 2022 Acura ILX. I’m so so unhappy with this car. I must have been mentally and emotionally stressed from the accident and so, financially, this seemed to be the one. I want my Honda Accord car again. I love them. Help me get a better price with a dealer??!! How can you help me fund a used Accord??

OursmanHonda, Tysons, VA - shameful

Oursman Honda of Tysons – From Management to Sales personnel the Oursman Team is not out for the good of the customer. I’m not sure what they are for, except to make the sale and get the “customer” out the door As Quickly As Possible. Count on NO assistance once you drive off the lot – NONE. To say that the Oursman Team (again from Management to sales personnel) is dishonest is a GREAT understatement. I was told not once, not twice, but three times that documents were put into “overnight” mail for us – these were important Car Title documents – we received the documents through standard mail 8 days later. We should have walked out when the Manager in payments and accounting walked out in the middle of the final sale for a “more important” meeting and a brand new employee finished the sale – no blame on that individual, he was put in a difficult situation – Shame on the Management, if that’s what you can call them I not only would not recommend Oursman Honda of Tysons to anyone, I would tell them to avoid, stay away from, run away from, and have NOTHING to do with them – AT ALL – Period. They are a Shameful example of everything that is wrong with used car sales and hit on every bad stereo type and joke that is out there. Then, when you think it couldn’t get any worse – we got a flat tire and yes – yes indeed the spare was flat. Oursman Honda of Tysons IS a complete joke and a SHAMEFUL No-Class place, I’d say business, but they have NO interest in business – ONLY sales and profit – SHAMEFUL

Honda Dissatisafaction With 2015 Honda Accord

Dear Sirs,

I feel compelled to write you and express my dissatisfaction with my 2015 Honda Accord.

This car only has 20,000 miles on it, and the starter is failing. I recently found out

this has been a recurring problem since 2013. Had I known about this issue prior to purchasing

this car, I would not have bought it. This should have been a recall on your part.

I find this unacceptable that a starter would fail within this small amount of miles.

The cost to repair this issue is quite high. This issue also affects trade-in value and

outright sale value. I based the purchase of this Accord

on my previously owned Civic. That car was maintenance-free for the seven years I owned it. I had every intention

of trading in my now-owned Accord on a newer model. That won’t happen after this present problem, and I will

discourage anyone from purchasing a Honda automobile that asks me my opinion on Honda vehicles!
