Jason's Deli Mt. Juliet TN Disappointing Experience

January 22, 2025

Jason’s Deli, What happen to you guys?…just going down the drain and really really miss the Great Food!!!This review is for the Corporate Offices of Jason’s Deli. We have been customers of Jason’s Deli since 1988 in Beaumont, Texas where we lived. We moved to College Station, TX in 2005, found the deli and was a weekly customer for at least 5 years. Moved to Seattle WA and no Jason’s Deli. In 2010, we were transferred to St. Charles Missouri and found a Jason’s Deli. We tried it in West County and it was just OK. Decided to try again about a month later, and Wow!, the manager was there, we got to talking and he had been transferred to this store to improve it’s overall performance, food, staff etc. It was Delicious again…we went to this one for the next 10 years until Covid. We moved to Tennessee last month and yesterday, we happily found a Jason’s Deli at Mt. Juliet, TN. Oh My Goodness…It Was Truly Awful. We Could Not Believe It. Bad Service, Bad Staff And Terrible Food. The pasta salad was “Frozen” and we could not get it out of the container. Other items on the salad bar looked like it had be frozen, and did not move when I stuck a spoon in it. Everything looked “Old” and certainly not fresh. Salad was totally wilted, eggs looked like they had been boiled, frozen, thawed about a week or two ago. Ordered a baked potato, it was a little potato and Lots And Lots fF Bad Cheese. No kidding…I never do this and can’t believe our beloved Jason’s Deli is such poor quality. Please Please, fix this. We’ll never go back and… I did not write a review online in hopes that you guys will do something. Otherwise, my bet would be that your restaurants will not last another year. Bad bad food. Let us know if you have someone from Texas Home Office fix this one in Mt. Juliet or anywhere else.

Jason’s Deli Mustang OK Location Request

January 17, 2025

Jason’s Deli, I wish Jason’s Deli would come to my town. I love Jason’s Deli. It is a wonderful place to eat. I went there a lot when I lived in Dallas Fort Worth and now I live in Mustang Oklahoma a suburb of Oklahoma City. I wish you would put in a Jason’s Deli in Mustang. You would be surprised how much traffic comes through this small town and I believe that Jason’s Deli would do very well here. Check it out and consider it.

Jason's Deli Tip Transparency Issue

November 20, 2024

Jason’s Deli, I visited one of your locations today, and when paying, I noticed an option to leave a tip. Curious, I asked the employee behind the counter who receives the tips, but they couldn’t provide an answer. Why wouldn’t an employee know where the tips go? Customers deserve transparency about how their contributions are distributed. Respectfully.

Jason's Deli Midland TX Disappointing Ordering Experience

November 4, 2024

Jason’s Deli, Ordering experience. Subject: Feedback on Unpleasant Ordering Experience at Midland, TX Location. Dear Jason’s Deli Corporate Team, I am not usually one to write complaints or leave reviews, but after my experience at your Midland, TX location today, I feel it’s important that someone at corporate is made aware of what occurred. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the service I received during what should have been a simple takeout order, especially as I was there with my 10-year-old daughter to support her school’s fundraiser for the Carver PTA. Upon arrival, we waited at the designated to-go counter for about 10 minutes, but no one came to assist us. Eventually, we joined the main ordering line, hoping someone could take our order there. When we reached the front, the employee taking orders immediately reprimanded me, stating that I should be at the to-go counter instead. I explained that we had been waiting there without any assistance, and she reluctantly agreed to take our order, making it clear she was unhappy to do so. When I mentioned that our order was part of the Carver PTA fundraiser, she stated she didn’t know how to process it, then loudly called for help from another employee. What followed was shocking and extremely unprofessional. With an irritated tone, she asked, “What the **** do you want?” I calmly replied that we’d like two salads to go. As she entered the order, I waited for a moment before continuing, but she impatiently yelled, “Is that all, or do you want anything else?” I added two soups and a Reuben sandwich, specifying no Thousand Island and substituting mustard. She seemed visibly frustrated, mentioning that the mustard substitution required a change and added that they only had stone-ground mustard. I confirmed that this was fine. After I paid, she dismissively instructed us to “get your salads and go sit at the to-go area and wait,” her tone as rude as it had been throughout the transaction. I have never had such an unpleasant ordering experience, and it was especially disappointing given the context—my daughter was with me, and we were there to support her school. Had it not been for her presence and the fundraiser, I would have walked out. I’m shocked that this employee represents Jason’s Deli in any capacity. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should be treated this way. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this type of experience does not happen to others. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.
