T-Mobile Updated TOS - Terms of Service on Speech

December 28, 2023

I was going to switch to T Mobile from Verizon due to cost concerns, but when I learned of your proposed TOS changes, I was livid! How dare you dictate what we message others? This is nothing short of criminal and I’ve been talking to other customers and they plan on leaving your service unless this changes immediately!

T-Mobile Frustrating Customer Service

February 17, 2025

T-Mobile, Bad Business and incompetence in policies. I attempted to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and was assured by an online representative that the process would be smooth. I paid the taxes on my new phones and had trade-ins ready. The representative explicitly told me that my new phones would arrive last Thursday and that I should send in my trade-ins once I received them. The phones never arrived. Today, after finally getting through to a real person, I was told to send in my trade-ins first, and only then would T-Mobile send me my new phones. That is absurd. You expect me to go without a phone entirely due to your incompetence? This level of disorganization and misleading information is unacceptable. T-Mobile has lost a customer. I will be filing additional complaints and making sure others are aware of this failure so they can avoid dealing with the same nonsense.

T-Mobile Disappointing Customer Service

February 12, 2025

T-Mobile, Poor Customer Service Experience. I visited store #2SBG twice—on 2/7 and again on 2/12/25—and was unable to receive service both times. On 2/7, the store was busy, but I noticed two employees standing around while customers waited. I waited over 30 minutes just to ask a question before leaving due to my limited lunch break. Today, 2/12, I took extra time on my lunch break to purchase a phone and arrived at the store at 11:45 AM. Dion was assisting a customer, and one other person was ahead of me. A second employee eventually came out to help that person, while another customer arrived to make a payment. Dion informed us that another employee would be arriving at noon. Around 12:05 PM, a male employee entered the store and went to the back. By 12:20 PM, he still had not come out. Dion checked on him and told us he was “getting his things ready,” but by nearly 12:30 PM, I still had not been helped. Frustrated, I asked for the store number and a manager’s card before leaving—once again, without any assistance.

As a loyal customer of 17 years, I am now reconsidering my service with T-Mobile. I plan to send this complaint to corporate and hope that store employees will prioritize assisting customers in a timely manner.

T-Mobile. So Disappointed. Was 5, Now 0. What a horrible disappointment that you are using my hard-earned money for something I don’t support. I’ll be switching.
