Reach T-Mobile Corporate Office 

I was going to switch to T Mobile from Verizon due to cost concerns, but when I learned of your proposed TOS changes, I was livid! How dare you dictate what we message others? This is nothing short of criminal and I’ve been talking to other customers and they plan on leaving your service unless this changes immediately!

T-Mobile, 0 Stars – Please Beware . I have had T-Mobile for less than 2 years and my account has been compromised twice. This last time, I received a letter from a collection agency claiming that I owe $$$. I did my own investigation at my own cost into this issue, and it is easy to see that the person who has opened these fraudulent accounts under a bogus name and address is a career criminal and T-Mobiles fraud department has declared the bogus account to be legit. I have gone to T-Mobiles corporate level, and they also continue to claim the account is legit. Understand that this individual who fraudulently open this bogus account would have had to of used my social security number and or manipulated T-Mobile to open this account. T-Mobile will not release any information in respects to the bogus account. They would not even give me the phone number the assigned to the bogus account. I did obtain the phone number through my own investigation and was able to find the culprits history of numerus phone accounts (26). So, with all said I will first close my T-Mobile account. Second, I will pay the demanded amount to the collection agency, and third I will sue T-Mobile for all expenses and inconveniences that have incurred due to their negligence.

T-Mobile, Customer service at the Henderson Rd location Upper Arlington, Ohio. Oct. 20, 2024. I stopped in this location because I was having trouble getting info. on an App. I spoke to a man named Firad R. He was very kind and had a professional customer service rapport. He rectified the issue I was having. I was very pleased with his overall service.

T-Mobile, 2 accounts. A year later or more sent to collection over a double account which I was unaware of this fact. Never in any circumstances would I open 2 accounts.

T-Mobile has tried to scam me out of money 3 times. I called T-Mobile for internet. The rep did not tell me they didn’t actually have service at my home. They instead sent me a Mi-Fi hot spot device that never worked more than 1 day. T-mobile tried to collect $357 from me for hot spot devices I had returned that never worked at my home. Fast forward two years later and T-mobile is trying to scam me out of $140.67 through September on phone service that was cancelled on 7/12. I will be reporting to my State Atty and BBB.
