This guy on Tully Rd in San Jose Wheels work very unprofessional no manners at all don’t know how to talk to customers i been going to Wheelwork for the last 30 years or so Wheel work very unprofessional and rude it’s very bad for wheels work business I feel like never wants to give business to wheels work at tully rd San Jose 11/17/2023

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Margaret at 15553 Los Gatos, CA She is Rude and feeds customers BS I took my car in for wheel replacement and she scammed me by giving incomplete and misinformation about my vehicle seriously needing wheel alignment done. On further research and talking to other businesses, I feel RIPPED OFF and SCAME. There was no sign of steering being off-center or wheel shaking or the car pulling to the right or left. I paid $189.99 for this service and asking for a REFUND. WHATEVER HAPPENED to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO HONESTY or DECENCY in talking to customers or treating them right!

My experience, and observation of several staff members at 18522 Prospect Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070 is concerned, that this branch, and especially the service advisor Mr. Ernesto, has been engaging in unprofessional and unethical activities for a long time ( years ). I made an appointment at 1460 White Oak Rd. in Campbell, CA. This was to have some work done while I waited. When I arrived I was told everyone was at lunch and would be gone for an hour. This is how they show their respect for a repeat customer. An ex-repeat customer.
