Wheel Works corporate office and Bridgestone headquarters information
Wheel Works corporate inquiries route through Bridgestone Retail Operations headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee.
Choose the correct Wheel Works contact: The Nashville headquarters is not an automotive repair shop, tire dealer, inspection facility, parts counter, or walk-in complaint center. Begin store-specific concerns with the Wheel Works manager who can access the repair order, estimate, inspection, technician notes, vehicle history, payment record, and store surveillance.

Where Is Wheel Works Headquarters?

Wheel Works is operated by Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC, which shares the Bridgestone Americas headquarters at:

Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC
200 4th Avenue South
Nashville, TN 37201
United States

Bridgestone identifies this Nashville location as the administrative office for Bridgestone Americas, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, Bridgestone Retail Operations, and other subsidiaries and business groups.

What Is the Wheel Works Corporate Phone Number?

The parent-company headquarters number is:

1-615-937-1000

This number is appropriate for corporate, business, supplier, or executive-office inquiries. It should not be described as a dedicated Wheel Works appointment, repair, warranty, refund, credit-card, Human Resources, or customer-service number.

For Wheel Works customer assistance, call 1-800-349-5751. The official contact page accepts questions and comments involving stores, products, and services.

Does Wheel Works Have a Separate California Headquarters?

Wheel Works does not currently publish a separate standalone California corporate headquarters. Its retail stores operate in California, while Bridgestone Retail Operations is headquartered in Nashville.

Do not mail a complaint to a random California Wheel Works location unless that location performed the service or Wheel Works specifically instructs the customer to use it.

Wheel Works Customer Service, Warranty and Complaint Help

Wheel Works Customer Service and Store Complaints

Wheel Works customer service can be reached at:

1-800-349-5751

Published telephone-support hours are:

  • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time

Customers can also use the Wheel Works contact form or live-chat option. The form allows the customer to select the category and nature of the inquiry.

Store-specific complaints should usually begin with the manager because that location has the repair order, technician notes, estimate, service authorization, parts information, payment record, appointment history, and vehicle inspection.

How to Escalate a Wheel Works Complaint

  1. Contact the store manager. Explain the service performed, date, vehicle, concern, and requested resolution.
  2. Ask for an inspection. Give the store an opportunity to examine the vehicle, tire, part, or service when appropriate.
  3. Review the documents. Compare the original estimate, authorized work, final repair order, inspection report, warranty, and payment receipt.
  4. Request a case number. Ask how the complaint is being documented and when a response should be expected.
  5. Contact Wheel Works customer service. Call 1-800-349-5751 or submit the official contact form.
  6. Use Customer Retention for a warranty concern. Call 1-800-33-WORKS.
  7. Escalate an unresolved retail complaint. Bridgestone publishes 1-800-367-3872 for comments involving its retail locations.
  8. Keep supporting records. Save photographs, estimates, diagnostic findings, repair records, towing receipts, rental expenses, case numbers, and written responses.

Wheel Works Service Warranty

Wheel Works states that most parts and services are covered for at least 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Some products and services have different warranty periods, conditions, or exclusions.

The official service-warranty information also describes:

  • A nationwide limited warranty for qualifying services
  • A Fixed Right Guarantee under which improperly performed qualifying service may be re-performed during the applicable warranty period
  • An On Time Guarantee that can provide a limited future-service discount when a vehicle is not ready at the promised time, subject to the published conditions

Warranty coverage depends on the service, part, mileage, date, vehicle use, prior repairs, documentation, and written terms supplied with the transaction.

Contact the store manager or Customer Retention at 1-800-33-WORKS for questions involving the nationwide limited warranty.

Tire Warranty and Road-Hazard Complaints

A tire warranty or adjustment normally requires an inspection by an authorized Bridgestone, Firestone, or associated-brand retailer. Bring:

  • The affected tire
  • Original purchase invoice
  • Warranty or road-hazard certificate
  • Vehicle mileage
  • Tire mileage
  • Rotation, alignment, balancing, and maintenance records
  • Photographs of the tire condition

Road-hazard protection, manufacturer warranties, treadwear warranties, service warranties, and satisfaction guarantees are separate forms of coverage. Eligibility depends on the written terms that apply to the tire and transaction.

Repair, Estimate and Authorization Complaints

Before authorizing automotive work, review:

  • The customer complaint or requested service
  • Diagnostic or inspection findings
  • Parts and labor charges
  • Taxes, disposal charges, shop supplies, and other fees
  • Additional services being recommended
  • Estimated completion time
  • Applicable warranty

If the final invoice includes work or charges that were not expected, ask the manager to identify when and how the additional service was authorized.

When a repair does not correct the original symptom, return to the location promptly and explain what remains unresolved. Keep the original estimate, repair order, payment receipt, and any later diagnostic report.

Vehicle-Damage Complaints

Report alleged vehicle damage to the Wheel Works store as soon as it is discovered. When safely possible:

  • Photograph the vehicle and affected components.
  • Record the mileage and time the concern was noticed.
  • Save warning-light, leak, or diagnostic information.
  • Ask the manager to document the complaint.
  • Request instructions for inspection or claim review.
  • Keep towing, rental, diagnostic, and repair records.

Do not assume the cause solely because a problem appeared after service. An independent written inspection may be useful when the cause is disputed.

If the vehicle has a severe fluid leak, brake problem, steering concern, loose wheel, warning light, smoke, overheating, or another potentially unsafe condition, stop driving when it is safe and obtain appropriate professional or roadside assistance.

Refund and Billing Complaints

For a disputed charge, duplicate payment, warranty fee, declined refund, or promised credit:

  • Review the estimate and final invoice.
  • Identify whether the payment is pending or fully posted.
  • Ask the store manager to explain each disputed charge.
  • Keep written confirmation of any promised refund or adjustment.
  • Record the amount, approval date, payment method, and expected processing time.
  • Contact Wheel Works customer service when the store does not resolve the matter.

A bank or credit-card issuer may require additional processing time after a merchant submits a refund.

Safety and privacy warning: Do not post a vehicle identification number, license plate, invoice number, payment-card information, home address, telephone number, email address, insurance record, driver’s license, registration document, employee personal information, or unredacted repair record in a public Wheel Works review. Obtain appropriate professional assistance promptly when a vehicle condition may be unsafe.

Wheel Works Saratoga CA Frustrating Experience

January 5, 2025

Complaint: Store at 18522 Prospect Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070. Wheel Works Store #118761, Invoice #291721. I’m officially filing a complaint about this service- a most terrible experience of mine with this industry: 1. My 2020 Tesla Model X was in the shop from Wed, 01/01/2025 to Sat, 01/04/2025. After 3 days and several delays of pick up, the problem was not fixed at all. 2. The service appointment was to fix the suspension noise. However, the noise did not go away at all and the issue was not resolved. But the store charged me $2,935.11 as quoted to fix the problem (they asked me to pay another $1,878.29 for further work, which I declined). Now I’m asking for a full refund of the $2,935.11 as it was quoted for a full repair but the repair was not effectuated. 4. Instead of fixing the suspension problem, the store asked to replace the 2 rear tires which cost me a very expensive $908.74. At the same time, without my knowledge and consent, they built in a $33.98 for Lifetime New Tire Wheel Balance Labor. Now I’m asking for a refund of overcharging and the $33.98 non-consented warranty fee. 5. Hope the headquarters call me to resolve before further actions is taken.

December 13, 2022

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Margaret at 15553 Los Gatos, CA She is Rude and feeds customers BS I took my car in for wheel replacement and she scammed me by giving incomplete and misinformation about my vehicle seriously needing wheel alignment done. On further research and talking to other businesses, I feel RIPPED OFF and SCAME. There was no sign of steering being off-center or wheel shaking or the car pulling to the right or left. I paid $189.99 for this service and asking for a REFUND. WHATEVER HAPPENED to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO HONESTY or DECENCY in talking to customers or treating them right!

I made an appointment at 1460 White Oak Rd. in Campbell, CA. This was to have some work done while I waited. When I arrived I was told everyone was at lunch and would be gone for an hour. This is how they show their respect for a repeat customer. An ex-repeat customer.
