Burger King Headquarters, Guest Care & Phone Number

🗨  Comments

Burger King is a global quick-service restaurant chain headquartered in Miami, Florida. The company is known for flame-grilled hamburgers, including the Whopper, along with chicken sandwiches, fries, breakfast products, desserts, drinks, mobile ordering, delivery, and its Royal Perks loyalty program.

Consumers commonly search for the Burger King corporate office address or phone number when they need assistance with an incorrect order, missing food, refund, restaurant employee interaction, food-quality concern, mobile-app problem, Royal Perks account, delivery order, gift card, franchise complaint, or another unresolved customer-service issue.

How to Contact Burger King Corporate Office

Burger King provides separate contact options for Guest Care, mobile orders, Royal Perks, restaurant feedback, media inquiries, careers, franchising, and parent-company matters.

The current Guest Care number is 1-888-218-7853. Burger King directs customers to this number or its online request form for help with orders, accounts, payments, app problems, and recent restaurant experiences.

The number 1-866-394-2493 appears in older Burger King materials and online directories but is not the primary Guest Care number shown in the current Burger King Help Center.

The number 1-305-378-3000 also appears in older corporate-office listings. Because Burger King does not prominently publish it as its current Guest Care or headquarters number, customers should begin with the current support channels listed above.

Burger King President Feedback Line

In February 2026, Burger King announced that guests could call or text Burger King U.S. and Canada President Tom Curtis at 1-305-874-0520 to share feedback about their experiences.

Burger King stated that Curtis would personally take as many calls as possible and that messages would be reviewed and responded to. This line is intended for guest feedback and should not replace Guest Care for immediate order, payment, app, or account problems.

Because this is a special company feedback initiative, its availability and purpose may change. Customers should retain a copy of any text message and also submit unresolved transaction complaints through the regular Guest Care system.

How to Escalate a Burger King Complaint

The most effective complaint process depends on whether the concern involves a restaurant visit, drive-thru order, mobile order, delivery, payment, Royal Perks account, employee interaction, or independently owned franchise.

  1. Contact the Burger King restaurant where the order or incident occurred and ask to speak with the manager or general manager.
  2. Keep the receipt, order number, restaurant address, store number, visit date, approximate time, photographs, and names of employees involved.
  3. Clearly explain what happened and state the resolution being requested, such as replacement food, a refund, rewards adjustment, payment correction, or management response.
  4. If the restaurant does not resolve the concern, call Guest Care at 1-888-218-7853 or submit the official online request form.
  5. Include the exact Burger King location because nearly all Burger King restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
  6. Ask for a case or reference number and retain screenshots or copies of the complaint and response.
  7. If necessary, request review by the franchise owner, district manager, regional representative, or appropriate Burger King support department.
  8. For broader feedback about the brand, customers may also call or text the Burger King president feedback line at 1-305-874-0520.

Many complaints require participation from the local franchise owner because franchisees generally control restaurant staffing, management, refunds, operating hours, and daily service.

Do not publish complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, verification codes, gift-card numbers, home addresses, employee identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in a public review.

How to Request a Burger King Refund

Customers who receive an incorrect, incomplete, cold, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory order should contact the restaurant promptly.

Have the following information available:

  • The restaurant address or store number
  • The purchase date and approximate time
  • The receipt or mobile-order number
  • The items ordered
  • The items actually received
  • The payment method
  • Photographs when relevant
  • The delivery company, if applicable

If the local restaurant agrees to issue a refund, ask:

  • Whether the refund will return to the original payment method
  • Whether the refund will be processed by the restaurant or delivery company
  • How long the refund should take
  • Whether written confirmation will be provided
  • Whether a replacement or account credit is being offered instead

Keep the receipt and written confirmation until the refund appears.

Burger King Delivery Complaints

Burger King delivery orders may be fulfilled by Burger King, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another third-party delivery provider, depending on the location and ordering method.

For a missing, damaged, cold, late, or incorrectly delivered order:

  1. Review the digital receipt to identify which company processed the transaction.
  2. Take photographs of the food, packaging, delivery location, and receipt when useful.
  3. Report the issue through the app or website used to place the order.
  4. Contact the Burger King restaurant if the problem involves food preparation or missing restaurant items.
  5. Contact the delivery company if the order was taken to the wrong address, left in an unsafe location, or never delivered.
  6. Retain all chat messages, refund promises, and case numbers.

Customers may need to contact both Burger King and the delivery company because the restaurant may prepare the food while the outside provider controls the driver, delivery, payment, or refund.

Burger King Mobile Orders and App Support

Customers can place qualifying pickup and delivery orders through BK.com and the Burger King app.

Mobile-order complaints may involve:

  • An order sent to the wrong restaurant
  • A restaurant that appears closed after payment
  • A duplicate charge
  • A canceled order
  • An unavailable menu item
  • Missing customization
  • Incorrect pickup instructions
  • An app error
  • A refund that has not arrived
  • Royal Perks Crowns that were not credited

Mobile orders are generally sent directly to the restaurant selected by the customer. Before completing payment, verify the restaurant address, pickup method, order details, and estimated time.

If a mobile order cannot be fulfilled, ask whether the restaurant can cancel it directly or whether Guest Care must process the refund.

Burger King Royal Perks

Royal Perks is Burger King’s loyalty program. Members can earn Crowns on eligible purchases and redeem them for qualifying menu items.

Burger King currently advertises:

  • Ten Crowns for every eligible dollar spent
  • Digital offers
  • Rewards that can be redeemed for menu items
  • Bonus challenges
  • Birthday benefits
  • Earning and redeeming Crowns on qualifying delivery orders

Crowns may take up to 24 hours to appear. Customers with missing Crowns should retain the receipt and contact Guest Care after the stated processing period.

Royal Perks concerns may include:

  • Missing Crowns
  • An unavailable reward
  • A coupon that did not apply
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Login problems
  • An incorrect birthday
  • A reward expiring sooner than expected
  • A restaurant that does not accept a promotion

When requesting support, provide the account email, restaurant location, purchase date, order number, receipt, and screenshots. Never provide the account password.

Burger King Offers and Coupons

Offers may be available through the Burger King app, BK.com, emails, advertising, printed coupons, or local restaurant promotions.

Promotions may have restrictions involving:

  • Participating restaurants
  • Expiration dates
  • Minimum purchases
  • Mobile or online ordering
  • One offer per transaction
  • A required Royal Perks account
  • Delivery exclusions
  • Geographic availability
  • Specific menu items or meal periods

Before placing an order primarily because of a promotion, review the terms and confirm that the selected restaurant participates.

Keep a screenshot of the offer and the checkout page if the expected discount does not apply.

Burger King Gift Cards

Burger King sells physical and digital gift cards. Gift-card concerns may involve activation, an incorrect balance, a damaged card, a rejected transaction, online-order restrictions, or suspected fraud.

Customers requesting help should retain:

  • The original purchase receipt
  • The activation receipt
  • The partial gift-card number
  • The remaining balance
  • The restaurant and transaction date
  • Any error message or declined receipt

Never post the complete gift-card number or PIN publicly. Anyone who asks for Burger King gift cards as payment for taxes, fines, utilities, bail, debts, technical support, or an emergency is likely attempting a scam.

Food Quality and Food Safety Complaints

Customers may contact Burger King about food that appears undercooked, contaminated, improperly stored, spoiled, allergen-related, or affected by a possible foreign object.

For a serious food concern:

  1. Stop eating the item.
  2. Keep the receipt and packaging.
  3. Photograph the food and suspected problem.
  4. Contact the restaurant manager immediately.
  5. Submit a report through Burger King Guest Care.
  6. Keep the product refrigerated or otherwise preserved when safe and appropriate.
  7. Seek medical or dental attention when necessary.
  8. Report urgent food-safety concerns to the appropriate local health department.

Do not send or discard the item until Burger King, a healthcare professional, or the appropriate authority provides instructions.

Consumers with food allergies should review Burger King’s current ingredient and allergen information before ordering. Restaurants use shared preparation and cooking areas, so cross-contact may occur.

Who Owns Burger King?

Burger King is owned by Restaurant Brands International Inc., commonly known as RBI.

RBI was created in 2014 through the combination of Burger King and Tim Hortons. The parent company later added Popeyes and Firehouse Subs to its restaurant portfolio.

Restaurant Brands International is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol QSR.

Although Burger King is owned by RBI, the Burger King brand remains headquartered in Miami.

Who Is the President of Burger King?

Tom Curtis is president of Burger King U.S. and Canada. He was appointed to the position in October 2021 after serving as the brand’s chief operating officer.

Curtis previously spent decades with Domino’s as a franchisee and corporate operations executive.

His responsibilities include Burger King’s U.S. and Canadian restaurant operations, franchise relationships, restaurant development, modernization, guest experience, and long-term growth strategy.

Who Is the CEO of Burger King?

Burger King does not currently identify a separate brand chief executive officer for its U.S. business. Tom Curtis serves as president of Burger King U.S. and Canada.

Joshua Kobza is chief executive officer of Restaurant Brands International, Burger King’s parent company.

How Many Burger King Restaurants Are There?

Burger King operates more than 19,000 locations across more than 120 countries and U.S. territories.

The restaurant count changes as new locations open, existing restaurants close, franchise agreements change, and the company enters or exits individual markets.

Customers should use the official Burger King locator to verify that a restaurant is currently open and to confirm its telephone number, operating hours, ordering methods, and available services.

Are Burger King Restaurants Franchised?

Nearly all Burger King restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees. Some franchisees own one restaurant, while larger operators manage dozens or hundreds of locations.

Franchise owners are generally responsible for:

  • Hiring and supervising employees
  • Restaurant management
  • Food preparation and order accuracy
  • Local cleanliness and maintenance
  • Refunds and replacements
  • Local operating hours
  • Compliance with health and employment laws
  • Day-to-day customer service

Burger King and Restaurant Brands International provide the brand, trademarks, menu systems, advertising, technology, training, restaurant standards, supply systems, and franchise support.

This structure can affect complaint handling because the local franchise owner may need to approve a refund or employment resolution even when the complaint is submitted through Burger King Guest Care.

Burger King’s Restaurant Modernization Strategy

Burger King introduced its Reclaim the Flame strategy to improve advertising, restaurant operations, franchisee profitability, restaurant appearance, and the overall guest experience.

The company and its franchisees have invested in restaurant remodels, updated equipment, digital ordering, drive-thru improvements, marketing, menu quality, and employee operations.

Burger King has also placed greater emphasis on gathering and responding to guest feedback, including its 2026 direct-feedback initiative involving the president of Burger King U.S. and Canada.

Burger King Menu

Menu availability varies by restaurant, but Burger King products may include:

  • Whopper sandwiches
  • Cheeseburgers and hamburger meals
  • Original Chicken Sandwiches
  • Royal Crispy Chicken sandwiches
  • Chicken Fries
  • Chicken nuggets
  • French fries and onion rings
  • Breakfast sandwiches and platters
  • Impossible Whopper and selected meat-free options
  • Kids’ meals
  • Soft drinks, coffee, shakes, and frozen beverages
  • Cookies, pies, soft-serve desserts, and limited-time products

Prices, ingredients, promotions, portion sizes, breakfast hours, and available menu items can differ by location.

Current review themes include:

  • Long wait times: One reviewer reported waiting approximately 15 to 20 minutes after being asked to pull forward before receiving an incorrect order.
  • Third-party delivery problems: A frequent customer reported that DoorDash repeatedly delivered Burger King orders to the wrong apartment building.
  • Food-safety and foreign-object allegations: One customer alleged that an earring back was found in a cheeseburger and caused a broken tooth.
  • Difficulty reaching corporate support: Some customers have described trouble locating a current telephone number or reaching someone who could address a serious concern.
  • Positive restaurant service: A customer praised an Aurora, Colorado, restaurant for friendly counter service, prompt preparation, and an employee who brought the meal to the table.
  • Positive response to company changes: One visitor praised Burger King’s newer advertising approach and expressed hope that operational improvements would encourage former customers to return.

These submissions describe individual experiences at particular Burger King locations. They do not establish conditions throughout the entire Burger King system.

Customer experiences can vary considerably because restaurants have different franchise owners, managers, employees, staffing levels, building conditions, and delivery providers.

As additional reviews are submitted, this section can be updated to identify broader patterns involving order accuracy, drive-thru service, delivery, refunds, restaurant cleanliness, app performance, Royal Perks, and complaint follow-up.

Burger King Refreshing New Commercial

June 2, 2026

Burger King, New Ad Campaign. I think the new ad campaign or rebranding campaign is a breath of fresh air compared to most ad campaigns seen today. It’s a no nonsense, no gimmick, uncomplicated and honest approach. I hope people who stopped going to Burger King will give them another chance. They are obviously addressing their failures and trying to improve.

Burger King Aurora CO Excellent Customer Service

January 16, 2026

Burger King, Great Service. Aurora, Colorado. This is from my visit on Monday January 12, 2026. I was in the area of Iliff and Buckley in Aurora, CO and had some time to kill before an appointment. I had never been to this Burger King before. The food was fine, but the service was absolutely Exceptional! I generally walk inside and order and get it to go. Since I had time to spare, I decided to dine in. It was busy as it was noon. I received friendly counter service, prompt delivery of my meal, and a lady even delivered it on a tray to my table. Now I know this can’t be the norm, but I was wowed by the exceptional service I received from the crew. I hope somehow my experience is conveyed to them.

Burger King Disappointing DoorDash Delivery Option

August 5, 2025

Burger King, I order from Burger King often. They use DoorDash. I live in an apt. building. I’m going to have to stop ordering from them because more than half the time DoorDash delivers my order to the wrong building! I sincerely suggest that Burger King use a different delivery service because in my opinion DoorDash is totally unreliable.

Burger King Aberdeen MD Disappointing Experience

June 6, 2025

Burger King, Aberdeen, MD. Waited for 15 minutes for my Order, of course it was Wrong. Last time I went to Burger King, swore it was going to be my Last Ever. Was craving a Double Whopper so I thought I’d try the same location once again. Worst mistake ever. Placed the order, was told to wait around to the front of the store, waited, waited 15-20 minutes for my order. It was of course wrong!

How is it that this location doesn’t care about their customers.
