Taco Bell Lavon TX Disappointing Experience

June 6, 2025

Taco Bell, Disappointment in store and district manager. A couple of weeks ago I ordered and the store in Lavon, Texas messed up my order. When I called they didn’t care. I was talking to the manager. I asked for the district managers contact info and she hung up on me. I called back twice and she hung up both times again. I sent a complaint and I heard from the district manager. And he said he would send a coupon. It never arrived. I am not surprised.

Taco Bell Disappointing Burrito Supreme

June 6, 2025

Taco Bell, Sour cream in last bite. Every. Single. Time. Burrito supreme (smaller than they used to be) has sour cream only on the very last bite. Can they not distribute ingredients uniformly? Every restaurant. Every Single time.

Taco Bell Powder Springs GA Mandatory Kiosk Ordering

June 4, 2025

Taco Bell, Mandatory Kiosk Ordering. I made a recent trip to a Taco Bell store located in Powder Springs, GA. At this location, I was instructed to place my order at the kiosk. The employee explained that it was the Only method accepted to place an order. I was tempted to leave the store without ordering, but it I had not been feeling well for a few days (no appetite) and had a craving for a couple of tacos. I placed my order on the kiosk. While at the kiosk there were other customers – one that was standing at the counter when I entered the store – attempting to use the kiosk. Two employees came from behind the counter to offer assistance at the kiosk. When arrived home with my tacos, I discovered that they were not how I intended them to be. My bad – I guess. I understand the implementation of the kiosk in fast food restaurants, however, I sincerely believe that quality customer service and customer satisfaction should not be compromised by this technology.

Taco Bell North Las vegas NV Disappointing Experience

June 3, 2025

Taco Bell, Burnt food. Purchased 3 of the 3 piece chicken nuggets through drive thru on May 26 @ 10;00 pm at the Taco Bell on Ann and Simmons in North Las Vegas NV. They were all burnt, returned the next day and was given a replacement which was also burnt. This is unacceptable. I have pictures if needed. I spent $25.00.
