Reach Out To Taco Bell Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Taco Bell, Never Get It Right. on Rte 440, in Jersey City, NJ is the worse. No wonder it says empty. They Never get my order right. Then, they have the Nerve to charge you extra if you ask for certain condiments to be put on the side, instead of on the food item. Maybe, Just Maybe, if they stay off their phone while serving their customer they can get the orders right. When you go back they always try to justify the mistake. They don’t compensate for the inconvenience they caused, as a result of their mistakes. When you try to call them to discuss the mistake, you Can’t 1) because they Don’t answer the phone ( contact number on the website). And, the receipt they give you hardly make out what it says. How can you show a picture of your order they got wrong, especially, when they punched in the wrong item?

Taco Bell, Not getting what was ordered over charged. Order was to be; 3 taco supremes turned to3 tacos.nachos turned tonacho fries and a extra fry. Cinnamon twist was not even in the bag. I called store ask for a manager. She was like what do you want me todo? what’s the name on ticket. I told her.theres no one by that name here.ask is this number your store number? she’s yes. then this happen at your store. She’s like I’ll make sure everyone is properly trained..

Taco Bell, Kiosk ordering issue. I have ordered using kiosks the last few times and I reviewed my order but it prints out incorrectly and I get home and my order is not correct. Noticed it today when ordering. Printed out with items I didn’t want on the item not showing. Plus got a tostado and had 1/3 of my tostado with food on it. This was Carmel Mountain Taco Bell in San Diego. Please check the kiosks are functioning properly upon printing to the back to make the order. I will not be back to this location for a while. Used to be good. Added two kiosks and they are malfunctioning upon printing out in the back.

Taco Bell, Sad. No one taking orders up front took forever to order on tiny kiosk. Kiosk is shoved in a corner. No one gave us our or anyone their cups for drinks. Place is filthy. I didn’t want to wait but I already paid for it. Still sitting here after 15 minutes.

Taco Bell, Cancellation of our Rewards Account three times in the past year losing all accumulated rewards each time. Most recently yesterday. We took our family to our local Taco Bell on this past Sunday. Spend $30.00 and recorded our rewards number. My wife and I then went to Taco Bell yesterday for lunch and all three rewards were eliminated once again including her birthday reward. You folks really need to get it together if you are going to offer a Rewards Program without deleting randomly the rewards. None of the deleted rewards yesterday had expired.
