Reach Out To Taco Bell Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Taco Bell, Terrible customer service. My 15 year old daughter went to Taco Bell with a couple of her friends. They went through the drive through and the person was trying to make them pay for 4 meals when they only had 3. They were telling him that wasn’t right and he said just pay for it. They are young and don’t know what to do but she knows there isn’t enough money on her card because she wasn’t planning on having to pay for more than what she ordered. It declined for all of it so one of her friends paid the rest. She posted on Snapchat crying saying she was never coming back and her sister said what’s going on. She told her. She went up there and asked for the manager. Her name is Michelle. My older daughter explained what happened and wanted her to refund the cards and apply the right amounts on their cards and not pay for an extra meal. She got mad that she had to do that. She said it’s an easy fix girls just Venmo each other. They don’t have Venmo. Easier if it was done right the first time actually. My daughter was still crying and she yelled back to the kitchen saying she’s crying cause she has no money. She then said take your free food. Then looked at her friend and said you have a problem too. I called up there to get her bosses info which she wouldn’t give me. She then told me she was more American than I am and hung up on me. I called a different Taco Bell who gave me the info I needed. I called Shelby their area coach and left a message. Still haven’t heard from her. I am about take it to social media cause this is absolutely ridiculous that you have a general manager no less treating children like that. Completely unacceptable and nobody seems to care. And I wouldn’t have even given 1 star but there wasn’t an option for 0 stars.

Taco Bell, Chicken nuggets. The first and last time I ever buy chicken nuggets from here after what they gave me today!!!! Never again!!!! I bought a 5 piece for my grandson, got home and opened up the box and these nuggets are Rock Solid!!!!! Come on Taco Bell, Do Better! How is a 4 year old suppose to eat this?! $5 wasted!!!!

Taco Bell, Didn’t receive my online order. I ordered using the Taco Bell application. The 8040 Sheridan Road Taco Bell said “We didn’t receive your order” but they charged my card. They wasted my driving time because an employee didn’t know how to check for an order.

Taco Bell, Disappointment in store and district manager. A couple of weeks ago I ordered and the store in Lavon, Texas messed up my order. When I called they didn’t care. I was talking to the manager. I asked for the district managers contact info and she hung up on me. I called back twice and she hung up both times again. I sent a complaint and I heard from the district manager. And he said he would send a coupon. It never arrived. I am not surprised.

Taco Bell, Sour cream in last bite. Every. Single. Time. Burrito supreme (smaller than they used to be) has sour cream only on the very last bite. Can they not distribute ingredients uniformly? Every restaurant. Every Single time.
