  • I would like to thank the Owners of the Taco Bell at 5395 Atlantic Blvd in North Long Beach, 90805. You have taken items I have been eating for over 50 yrs. But, this particular Taco Bell still Makes me an Encherito and Combination Burritos. Only thing missing the the old Bell Beefer with the BUN. Was eating those till you canceled them!!

  • left the taco bell in Warminster P.A.an hour ago waited for survice for 15 minutes (no one else in line) workers walking back and forth would not make eye contact with me and the people looking from the back would not come to the counter when i went in they had three cars in the drive through they were more interested in taking care of uber eats orders then customers so i stood there like an ass for 15 minutes looking around waiting i started to notice the filth on the floor and counter and just decided to just leave. outrageous! this was at 3:30 on Sunday April 3,I drive 15 minutes to that place to sit and injoy a few tacos I will not return to taco bell.that place is a waist of salaries .

  • Entered around 12:30. 2 people waiting to order. I ordered a #6 all beef, extra beef on all. Waited. 30 MINUTES PASSED. The drive thru was running, cars going thru. People sat around the dining room talking about just leaving. Not only did the others finally get their food, the cashier started giving food to people that came after me. I got up and since no one came to the counter, had to go into the food prep area to ask where my food was. Apparently someone gave it to the drive thru. A girl was trying to be helpful and offered a refund. I wanted the food I paid for. They gave me another bag, but it was chicken, not the beef I ordered. The loser boy on the fryer had a big mouth and when she told him to make a whole new order, he said he wouldn't because I came back into the food prep to yell that he wasn't doing his job. I told him to keep talking, it was all going to be reported to corporate. I finally got my food, OVER 30 MINUTES LATE AFTER 2 TRIES TO GET IT RIGHT. You obviously have a training problem. Close the dining room and stick to drive thru, that's all moron boy can handle. Start mandatory drug tests. No one is THAT stupid. FIRE FRYER BOY.

    I am extremely disappointed in the customer services this location provides its customers. Someone in upper management needs to see how unprofessional this location is. Starting from their supervisor in charge to the employees. They are all rude.

    The young man at the window told me that it would be a 20-minute hold up and that two more orders were ahead of mine if I decided to order. I said, I was unable to wait that long. I kindly asked if he could please ask the customer who was stopped at the window (waiting 20-minutes) to park and then have a staff member bring the food out to her instead. He rudely replied that it was up to the customer if she wanted to wait or move that he wasn't going to tell her anything. I proceeded forward and placed my car in park. I walked towards the customers car and asked if she could kindly move forward so i could exit the drive thru since i placed no order. I explained what the young man had told me at the speaker menu and asked if she could tell the young man to bring out her food to her when done in order to help prevent hold ups. Needless, to say she refused to move having a conversation with the young man at the window about me ( again very unprofessional). When the woman moved i expressed to the young man that i would be making a complaint about this location and that it was very rude of him to make me wait twenty minutes in a drive thru for no reason when clearly a staff member could have taken out the customers food out to the customers car instead of having the customer wait a whole twenty minutes and holding up the line for other customers. The Youngman ignored me and walked away. Another employee approached the window and said they couldn't bring out the food and that if i wanted to complain to go right ahead and do it. She also, said that they are a privately owned taco bell and she hoped God blesses my soul. There was no reason for her to speak to me in that manner and for the manager who was right next to her to allow her to speak to customers that way and in that tone.
    Someone needs to see the level of un-professionalism this location holds to their customers.

  • Enchiritio, Taco Light, Taco Pizza and the green sauce need to be brought back. So good and if you go back to the original meat recipe you would kill with the 40 plus customer and get a lot of the younger generation

  • I've lived near the Taco Bell at 745 Cheyenne Meadows Road for twenty years, and up till now have been a regular customer.
    In the past six months, I've had something wrong with every order I've placed for food.
    Of course with the current situation with our World, You cannot order from inside the Restaurant, so you are now left at the mercy of waiting for fifteen minutes or more to place an order and receive the food you ordered.
    Now, because of the lack of competent help, the food I've received is not even close to what I've ordered.
    My most recent experience left me with an incomplete order, and I was not even given a receipt.
    What is worse, the Asst. Manager said that I needed to bring my food back that I'd taken home, only to find out the order was incomplete, to be able to have my order fully replaced. And Oh, by the way… I needed to bring my receipt, that was not even given to me when I picked up the original order…
    In total and final exasperation, I drove away empty handed, after telling the Asst. Manager that I'm dome with Taco Bells Shoddy Service… What a total disgrace of a restaurant…

  • Taco Bell is ruining their menu! I used to love eating there, but now they have all these funky foods. The only thing left that I like is the crunchy beef taco. They took away all of the originals that kept me coming back. The green sauce on the bean burrito, the tostado, the bell beefer, the mexican pizza, the meximelt. I will not be going there at all. Even the prices are now outrageous. Gone are the good days with simple and good food.

  • I would like Taco Bell to add more vegan options to their menu and start phasing out the non-vegan ones. It's hard to find good vegan options at fast food restaurants, and I'd love that Taco Bell would at least offer vegan cheese and a vegan version of their chipotle sauce!

  • I got glitched on when ordering online. The price doubled the amount of what was ordered. When I went for pickup at the restaurant, there was no order there. They told me that it would refund my money since it wasn't put through. I then reordered at the restaurant. Basically, $15.54 was stolen from my account. I have been trying (too many times to count) to get a hold of someone to help me out, and nobody is responding. This is ridiculous.

  • I went to order online and a glitch of some kind happened. The screen went back to everything being blank. I checked my bank account and it took out $15.54 even though my order was only $8.54 before the glitch. I went to the restaurant to question and pick up my order and they said nothing was put in for pick up. I then asked about the money that was taken out and was told by the manager not to worry that it would not get taken out because the order was not fulfilled. I am still waiting 2 1/2 weeks later for my money back. I have emailed numerous times and only received one response. When I emailed them back all of the information, once again, I am getting no response. They basically stole $15.54 from me and refuse to even respond to why I am not getting my money back. I even sent them a picture of my account where the money was taken out for the false transaction and the real one. It is so ridiculous that nobody is responding to this theft of my money. Get me my money back.

  • stopped in Palm Springs, Calif. before heading to L A had some Tacos at Taco Bell, was leaving when wife had to use restroom and was told she couldn't because of policy, but was told to go across to Auto Zone & use theirs. How ridiculous is this we eat at Taco Bell & denied the use of restroom but told to go to auto zone who don't sell food,and by the way nice enough to let her use theirs No more Taco Bell !

  • Your restaurant at 3423 Orchard rd. Oswego IL has extremely poor management. Stopped on several occasions and either they are closed or their staff isn't there yet. Every time it's like 5pm. I'm sure You don't need to be hearing this. Your other restaurant in Yorkville, IL about 15 mins. West of here in St 34 has very poor service. Got sick on one occasion and got a nacho bell Grande and they dumped the nacho bag with all the broken pieces in the plate. I have heard no good complaints from everyone I have talked to.

  • The Taco Bell in Mayfield, KY 42066 has had the Nacho Grande box on their sign for weeks. I went there last week and asked for this item and was told that is no longer available.   • Your Taco Bell in Palmer, Alaska had some real poor customer service and food preparation problems in late August of 2018. We attended the Alaska Fair and made the mistake of ordering food at your Taco Bell in Palmer. I went back three times to get our order correct, and they failed correcting their mistakes.   • Went to TB on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena CA last night. I only had 1 request – that the fries be fresh & full (I mentioned it twice when ordering). The wait was forever. I saw my fries on the counter sitting for a long time. I mentioned it to the server assembling the food and he straight out lied to me and said he just put them up. I told him that I had watched them sit there for 10 minutes! It was also about 1/2 full; I mentioned that too. He did nothing about either concern. Fries cost you virtually nothing; they should have filled/made fresh upon my request.

  • I went to the Taco Bell at 3802 South Dale Maby Hwy, Tampa, Fl 33611 on 8/18/2017. First of all I saw that the air conditioners in the ceiling wer leaking in two places,leaving a nice puddle where someone who fall and sue Taco bell, as there were no signs to inform customers. So I told the girl behind the counter. I was there for over 20 minutes, and still nobody put a sign up . 2)A gentleman came up to the counter and whatever he had, said, "say there isn't any meat on this —–(can't remember what it was.) He stood there and nobody answered him. He said it again louder, asking if they were making another one,and nobody came up and talked to him. He said, "guess it is supposed to be a vegatarian. He sat down. This was at a time when I had gone up as the nacho chips tasted that oil old (like they had been on the shelf for a long time),they were crispy. I have never had them so bad at taco before. I told the girl at the counter, and she said, "well they were made fresh this morning" If I keeps chips too long…they have a stale oily taste and this is how they tasted. So I threw them away and left, as she didn't offer anything else.

  • First of all, I love Taco Bell in general-the good food and service at low costs, so kudos on that!
    I am wishing, hoping, praying (lol!) that the Taco Light I remember as a teenager would make a reunion tour so this generation can see what they are missing!!!!!
    Please consider giving it a trial run-it is the best thing from Taco Bell I ever had! My favorite current menu item is the spicy tostada!

  • My daughter applied for employment at Taco Bell at 1501 Governors Pl, Bear, DE 19701. She spoke to the manager, who told her she would give her a call. My daughter has called once a week since then and the manager continue to say she'll call her back. My daughter has a friend who works there and was informed that the manager tells everyone that so she can hire her friends and family. I didn't really pay it any attention until another young lady said she tried to get a job there and was given the same treatment. I find it unprofessional with the process the lady is using. It is discouraging to teens who is trying to earn a living the honest way. Please look into this process because I have a sixteen year old who is trying to work. Shame on the manager

  • The GM at the Midlothian VA location (TACO BELL) makes my 16 year old work over 40+ hrs a week. My son has told him every week "ONLY PART TIME", not 40 hrs. But it never happens and my sone is compelled to work these hrs, go to highschool full time and take two college classes and play basketball.

    HIGHLY ILLEGAL:
    The Gm also posted a customers feedback on the BUlletin Board saying that the customer will not dine in any more due to one of their employees having bad acne and that it disgusts them. The Manager, took this post down but the GM put it back up for everyone to see and highlighted it with two colors… embarrassing the 17year old who worked there with acne. the Manager took a photo of this posted feedback form and gave it to the kid to show his parents what the GM did. This is so discriminatory and unethical. I had my son resign without giving a two week notice after seeing how the GM treats his employees. The boy wioth acne has also resigned. This is absolutly terrible behavior and corporate should know but… I cant find an email address to post an official complaint other than here.

  • I sent an email to Amer Humane Assn re their worthless humane label cert due to the McD's/Foster Farms fiasco and saw a blurb on their web site that Taco Bell is now using eggs with their cert. Just wanted you–and everyone–to know that while your effort is appreciated, the sea change in human opinion on the matter of animal cruelty has reached the tipping point, and animal products will soon be worked out of our food supply–it will happen when every human learns we're not at the top of the food chain.   • Two days ago I went to the Taco Bell in Millbrae California, ordered some food n drinks. Vince the cashier made a mistake with my change n manager Xavier was going try to solve the problem but before he could Vincent pulled out a dollar out of his wallet n gave it to me n said hope it makes your day better. She began sweeping around the tables and then lifted the broom and swept the tables off. She looked at us and realized we seen her. She smiled at us and walked away!!! Wth? That is so unsanitary!!

  • The store in Dover, DE on Beiser Rd, is the worst I've ever seen….waited in the drive thru over 1/2. It is always like that, the "woman" working was a little snot, I asked to speak to the manager and less rude "girl" came to the window and said, the manager "was around". I know how much the manager's make and both the night and day should be fired The food isn't for me, I wouldn't wait. My husband I both decided we will never go there again….the food was cold, how is it cold when you wait 45 mins? FB comments are numerous about the poor service, yet you do nothing about it.

  • So last night I went thru the drive-thru at Taco Bell near Hudson Valley Plaza in Troy NY and then afterwards stopped down at my brothers house and about an hour went by and I realized the Taco Bell Employee never gave me my card back. I went back up to Taco Bell and the Drive-Thru girl told me she gave it back to me. It was a shady situation. Long story short. I jumped on my account and seen that a purchase was made online. I then called my bank and closed my card and decided to call the troy police. The police came up to Taco Bell and ran the tapes and searched Taco Bell and found the girl from the Drive-Thru on tape putting my card in her pocket and then they found my card in the trash can. I gave this girl the opportunity to give me my card back and she didn't. I pressed charges and had this girl arrested on felony charges. I can only imagine how many people she has done this too. What is wrong with people. I have shared this on my FB page with all my family and friends for them to Share. I was in line at Taco Bell Drive-Thru for 15 minutes before I received my food, the place is disgusting, they had no Tortilla chips and no Hot sauce and too top everything off the girl at the window steals my card! Good one TACO BELL!

  • Hello, I am writing to tell that I am very dissatisfied with Pineville, La. Taco Bell. I have been calling every since yesterday which was 4/4/15 at 6:50pm and it is now 7:58am and no one has answered the phone at this business rest of that evening and all nite. I was calling because I ordered 2 Doritos locos supreme, the crew member just put what she wanted on my order. She put 2 nacho cheese Doritos locos taco regular then charged me extra for sour cream then neither taco had sour cream or tomatoes. I have been calling 318-640-3480 for hours and hours and no one has answered. What kind of restaurant doesn't answer the phone for hours.   • In Jackson Ky they do not wear gloves they have young people that "Work" there in the bathroom I walked in a bathroom and walked in on what I wished I never a girl giving a man a B right there then she said my break is over did not wash her hands or anything and back behind the counter she when I was going to eat there after that I will not until she is fired. Oh My God I think that makes the store look bad the girl looks bad and has no respect. I used to think Taco Bell was a good place to eat now I think unless you want something a shot will not get rid of don't eat in Jackson KY taco bell

    • I have seen that as well. The girl works in the evenings. I will not let any of my family eat there she offered my man the same thing for five dollars. She told him she had a baby. She does not look old enough to be out of school to me. We live in Hazard and I am not sure if we should use the one here or not after what I seen in Jackson she wears thongs. The sides come above her pants. I asked for her name so I could report her and she said they would not do anything because they like what she does.

  • Former closer at taco bell want to make a complaint my night sift manager has preference for d otherccoworker he lets her take long 2-3hour breaks with out clocking her out ive told my store manager nd his boss about it but wn I tell dm d problem they end up telling dm.wat I said..so they make conflict nd make it hard for us to speak out.if labor bad its cs of people like these..waisting labor nd I get yeded at for speak out I just think its unfair I have to do all d work ..while she nd him r on ther 2-3hour break..

  • I personally love Taco Bell, and always have. I, however, have not been a happy costumer since the removal of the beefy crunch burritos and the volcano burritos. If you could bring back the volcano burritos, I would eat at Taco Bell much more often.

  • Ordered breakfast at taco bell on Roberts ave couple days ago. Ordered 4items to go, got home and 2 of the 4 items were not in the bag. Called and spoke to a manager and was told my next visit I would receive the 2items and a free item of my choice. Went today to do that and was told by manager I would have to make another trip at breakfast, long stories short, I ended up paying for my order.   • RGT owns this particular Taco Bell. In the last month alone they have lost nearly a dozen people due to the General Manager. The night shift will soon be down to almost nothing. Store #28407 8000 block of Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45255. While they have some great staff but really need new leadership at the helm of this store. Morale is at an all time low. It gets excessively hot working the line. Working staff 6.5-10 hours not enough staff to even give breaks. Nights are left minimal prep and dishes dirty to the point they cannot prep food to serve the customers. The stress and anxiety of chronic short staffing is not healthy nor conducive to a functioning happy work environment. They do not get the training hours to train properly. Someone send Undercover Boss. Please, This store is losing all of its good fun loving hard working people unnecessarily….

  • I CANnot understand WHY u. Only serve the chilitoe (as they used to b called) for a limited time!!!!!!! They are the best menu item u have and I 'm not speaking just for myself but for many of my friends and family!!!!! We all went to Taco Bell at least 2 times a week just for a chilito and now that u have discontinued them we NEVER go . U need to keep them on the menu permanently and get rid of some of those other yucky things u insist on keeping. Good grief! Seems like u would rather make money by keeping the chilito and eliminate those mushy nachoes or nasty loaded grillers. bRING BACK THE CHILITO!!!!!!!!

  • I went to the Taco Bell in Grundy Va. and it was awful and they charged me 40 cents on each taco for tomatoes that should have been included in the price, I think some of the workers are pocketing the extra money, and they don't know how to make the food right, Taco Bell needs to bring in some workers to learn the people they have now on how to prepare the food right, or they won't be open for business long.

  • The Taco Bell in Phenix City, AL off of 280 bypass is giving Taco Bell a horrible reputation by working the employees on 8 hour shifts without any breaks and not allowing them to eat at all. Then also after they clock out they are making them to continue to stock or clean or whatever it is they need them to do. They do it to the adults and the minors there and it is more than just one or two
    employees that they do it too. I hope someone does something about them before the corporation is harmed.

  • We went into Taco Bell on Rt. 60 in Fredonia… We waited over an hour at the register for someone to take our order the girl was standing at the cash register and there was 2 men ahead of us also waiting.. When she finally took our order, we waited another 20 minutes for them to prepare it… The drive thru was backed up too there was no one at the window to take or give orders out.. When we asked about seeing the manager. We were told she was on vacation and the shift manager was on a date.. There was an agument with an employee and a man in the dining room.. And it was like total chaos in the kitchen.. No one seemed to know what they were doing… The dining area was a mess… I heard the one man complaining to a male employee and said he would be back to complain and the young employee told him it wouldn't do any good as he was sleeping with the manager and who would she believe??? I will never go into that disgusting place again.. We couldn't find a clean table to sit at and ended up taking it all home… You need better managers and maybe some employees who actually want to work… Of course, I don't expect that my complaint will really mean anything to anyone… But just wanted to sound off..
    I manage a fast food place too.. But I do care and take my customers complaints very serious.. This place is a joke..

  • Dear sirs, since Taco Bell came to Panama it has been a disaster. You guy are called "Taco Bell", yet on multiple visits you have had NO tacos, no nachos, no sodas… Incresible! I am writing because I finally said enough! No more Taco Bell EVER.
    Let me give you details,
    Yesterday (dec. 20), after 11 minutes in the car and with an empty restaurant (literally), we order nachos. There were no nachos ("we dont have any… dont know when we will have them). Three months ago, on a Monday, visited taco bell at Multiplaza Mall and ordered crunchy tacos. They had no tacos. Wednesday I want back, and still, no tacos. Then, three weeks ago, I went to the Calle/50 place, and also no tacos! December 12, Albrook Mall. I ordered 1 meximent, 1 pintos and cheese. 32 minuts to get my order! 32 minutes! Only one lady doing the cash register (lunchtime, weekday, busiest season of the year, busiest mall). So bad service and a recurrent lack of what you offer is sooo common. On all four ocassions I Tweeted taco bell Panama, and they just said to send them a DM. as you know, if they person doesnt follow you you cannot send a DM… so that is a BS answer. And the amount of answers that I got with the same complaints are now over 40.
    I loved Taco Bell. My kids (5) loved taco bell. that was the only fast food allowed in my house. Now you have taken that small pleasure away from us, because you have given the franchise to someone who does not care about it (that is our guess). For the sake of your brand, and your reputation, I hope you can do somehting about it. As for me, you lost a costumer (actually 7 costumers) who will never go back.

I thinks it should be against the law to tell people how to wear they hair while working and just get better hats like the visors. I think this is discrimination towards employees.   • Since when does an order for $53.69 paid for on a credit card NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE? Not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. Management doesn't care and neither does corporate. NC law is $10 or more and you MUST have a signature. It wasn't busy either and I had to repeat my order numerous times.   • I am/ was an employee in the enid oklahoma store I'm not going back as my daycare case was rejected because it seems it is too difficult to turn paperwork into DHS within TWO WEEKS DHS has heard NOTHING BACK from them I'm a single mom with a special needs child I needed the daycare and they just proved your company doesn't care for their employees feel free to get back to me

  • I used to work at the Taco Bell, Morrilton, AR location. I have searched for an email address because they won't address my complaints through the phone.

    When I worked at this location, employees would get clocked out an hour after closing (whether they were finished with their job or not) and were expected to work off the clock. I also tried getting ahold of the labor board on this matter, but they never got back with me.

    I had personality conflicts with this location's district manager, James Ball. He didn't like me and fired me the first chance he got. It was, however, bad on my part because I had one no call, no show due to a family emergency and not being able to get to a phone to call in. This would not be a problem if there wasn't another girl who had five no call, no shows before she got fired (with a warning and a write up!). This girl was also able to come back before her six month non-rehireable freeze was over. She came back approximately two weeks after being fired for the no call, no shows and the district manager will not let me come back whatsoever. I was a good employee who hardly ever missed (maybe called in once or twice a year) and I always came in whenever they needed me. The worst thing about it is her excuse for the no call no shows was because she couldn't find a baby sitter, but I had a legit reason for not coming and not being able to call.

    I understand rules are rules and she got fired by one manager and rehired from another. But, James was still the district manager and she should not be able to work right now. I have been treated unfairly because I am a quiet employee who never stood up for herself or done anything when the store was doing the wrong things. I want something to be done about this situation, and having employees working off the clock! It might not help me now, but at least it will help those that are still working there.

I waited for 20min for 3 suprem. tacos while SM & large orders after me were served…even a drive thru return order was handled before my 6:23pm order. I drove away at 6:40. The workers had no sense of urgency..as a matter of fact a gentleman was there b4 me to have his order repaired from prev. screw up. Last wk the place smelled so bad and dirty I walked out..hadn't been there in years because of nasty/slow/don't give a sh!& attitudes..thought I would give them another try last wk…sorry I tried again this wk.   • The Taco Bell in Canal Winchester, Ohio stinks (literally). When I've eaten there in the past there has been a odor that smells like raw sewage. Today it was so bad I did'nt finish my meal. Another customer complained to the manager and his reply was that it was the city's fault, something about a sewer pipe. It really needs to be taken care of, its disgusting. If I go back and it still stinks, I'll walk out. I would think it's not healthy for the employees to breathe that stench!

    My husband and I eloped and married 30 years ago in Visalia, CA. On our way to our honeymoon destination on our wedding day to the CA wine country, the only place open for dinner was Taco Bell. We have had Taco Bell for dinner every single year for 30 years on our anniversary. Our children, who live in another state and city, have Taco Bell on our anniversary also to honor us. We always have good food and a great experience. We love you, Taco Bell!

  • On December 10th 2012 at approximately 10:30PM I went through the Taco Bell drive thru (904 E Bloomingdale Ave Brandon, FL 33511), I paid for my food but the man at the drive thru window did not give me my debit card back. At the time I did not notice and I continued my drive to Tampa. On the way to Tampa I stopped at a gas station where I noticed that I did not have my debit card. I had just used it at the Taco Bell and hadn’t gone or stopped anywhere else so it couldn’t be anywhere but there. It was late and I figured I would call in the morning. Well, in the morning I received a call from the bank about suspicious activity on my credit card. At 3AM someone had charged over 200$ at the gas station next to the Taco Bell that I had gotten my food from. Furious, I called that Taco Bell and asked to speak to the manager. I described the man in the drive thru window and what had happened. The manager acknowledged that he knew exactly who I was talking about but completely shrugged me off and said very shortly “There’s no proof.” If the manager would have acted like he cared about what had happened and the thievery going on by his employees I would have left it at that. I go to that Taco Bell very frequently but I now refuse to go to that Taco Bell or any other Taco Bell for that matter. If the manager can’t even do his job then how should I expect the employees not to be thieves? I have spoken to the gas station where my debit card was used and I will be receiving their surveillance video from when this incident occurred. I am getting the “proof” that the manager so rudely said there wasn’t any of and I plan to press matters to the fullest. I don’t expect this kind of dishonesty from such a large corporation that I have loyally gone to for so long. Hopefully now that I have gone to corporate you won’t shrug me off so easily.

    • Luckily, I did not have as bad of an experience but I did have to ask for my change at the drive thru of course that's after getting the lady back for it and having to hear its not much only a few cents why bother. Then why bother taking my extra money?! I guess they just don't care what their employees do.

  • OK, i actually used to work here, thank god i don't now. I go there till this day once a week or more. i know how they or i was supposed to treat customers… i go and order the same food every time i visit. it used to be so good, hot and fresh. on the days for months now or longer, i have been served COLD food inside a FREEZING tortilla. i never used to call and complain or ask for money back or even a replacement order… but within the last few weeks i have. i don't wanna be a nag, but every time i go there now im served the same nasty cold food and Ive started asking for a replacement order. this has only been twice now. i got told she has replaced this order a few weeks ago and she didn't want to replace it, and she remembers making it. well i stated that that was a few weeks ago and i bought nasty food since then and have received a new receipt. i got the same answer. her name was Clair. And was also asked what the managers name that i talked to about the replacement order and i said i don't know it was over a week ago. VERY RUDE…DISRESPECTFUL, AND CHEAP…I WANT MONEY BACK ON ALL THE TIMES I BEEN THERE AND SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN REPLACEMENT ORDERS AND MONEY BACK…(EVERY TIME I WENT)….I'D HAVE MONEY TO GO TO SUBWAY INSTEAD.   • hi taco bell, i had a friend that had to wait 35 minutes for rice and now they are not your customer no more. everytime i have emailed taco bell about poor food or cold food or food taco bell is the "ONLY" resturant that never pays back their customers, helps them or is concerned about them. i had a fly on my taco from a local taco bell the lady said where seen it killed it at the register and with those same dirty hands got me 2 more cold tacos. but i have never heard from taco bell yet, they have my email address, home address, phone number, im still waiting for my refunds on all the bad food but so is everyone else that went to taco bell i mean do u see anyone that didn't complain on here??

  • I used to be able to feed my family with a 12 pack of hard tacos and a 12 pack of soft tacos for under $20.00. Last friday I was treated to a price increase of 10% for hard tacos and 20% for soft tacos. That is pushing almost $25.00. I can buy 5 pizzas a Little Ceasars for that price. I will not be coming back.

  • I went to the location on 4000 nolensville road in nashville, tn @about 8:38pm and a shift manager took my order at the drive thru. I ordered a nacho bell grande and three soft shell tacos I looked in my bag like always do to make sure I have some make sure I have some mild sauce(thats the usual). I noticed I did not have any sauce so I asked for 10-15 packs of mild sauce. She told me that she cant give me but 4 and I would have to pay for extra sauce. She said its a corporate decision. I was very unsatisfied. This incident has made me not want to eat taco bell anymore. I thought to myself,"taco bell would rather lose customers rather than sauce". WOW!

  • Who in the world designed the new taco bell on 53nd street in Kenosha Wis. If you are a size 16 or more you can not get between the tables where booth is on one side and chairs on the other if the table in a row. The bench chairs at the little snack tables are so far from the table you have to sit on the end of the chair to reach the table. And a huge sitting area with two long benches and a long stainless coffee table between them is really stupid. Eating your food at a coffee table is very messy and while I was there a little kid was laying all over the table so who would want to eat off that. There were 12 people in there and 9 of them were seniors. What an unfriendly for seating for seniors. And if more than one group of 4 are in there it is very hard to get to sit together. You have lots of one or two people seating and a lot of open space— and the stupid conversation pit {do you want people to come in and eat or just sit around and put their feet up on the coffee table} I must say the colors a beautiful.
    Now the employees. There is a little old lady at the front who is so sweet. I hope you are taking good care of her because she is wonderful. But! While there the 15 minutes I spent eating the employees where YELLING in the back–beating a metal spatula on the stainless counters–and made two things in our order wrong! The yelling and banging of the spatula was constant the whole 15 minutes, I complained but and excuse was they are getting drive thu orders out fast. {The conversation had nothing to do with orders} I guess our group of 6 that always met there twice a week for lunch will continue to go to the other place we went to while this one was torn down and rebuilt. It does have a really nice restroom!

    On Saturday October 1st, 2012, I was going to a Royals baseball game with 3 of my friends in Kansas City at 7 PM (well after your dinner rush). We met at the Taco Bell across from Kaufman Stadium and decided to take one car instead of 2 because we were going to go back to Taco Bell anyway after the game for food. I parked my car in the very back of the parking lot, out of the way of any potential customers, and we went to the game. We were at the game for only 2 hours, and when we came back, my car was gone. The tow company that YOU hired was going around and asking the customers about their cars, and any cars that had no customers inside were towed away to Belton, about a 20 minute drive out of my way to get back to my dorm on campus. One employee was very kind as he explained the situation and who to call. This is VERY absurd. You guys are towing cars away from a parking lot that is NEVER full to the last parking space because why? (80% of the people use the drive through anyway.) This shows me that you don't care about anyone but the people that are bringing you money. Greedy and unkind. To get my car out of the towing lot cost me $200. I'm a college student at William Jewell, and I for one, among many people in this world, DO NOT have the extra money lying around to pay for this. How dare you do that to people! Especially the ones who are out of the way and coming back to buy from you! May I suggest that you put a BIG sign that's visible to all in front of this Taco Bell? Or better yet, stop your rude and senseless behavior and STOP TOWING CARS. America's economy is bad enough as it is, and people don't have $200 to spend so you can have a more empty parking lot. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again, and I will make sure to let everyone I know know of TACO BELL'S CORPORATE actions.

  • Me and my bf were traveling home this afternoon and stopped by one of ur "fast food" joints in ks and we went through the drive through got out food and went on. We wernt that far outta town when I took a couple bites and on my quesadillas the cheese sauce has mold in it and it was on every single one of them. So I called ur 800 number and they said I should receive a call in 3 days but yet no refund I dont c y no refund when the food was bad plus the service I hope this issue gets resolved quickly cause me nor anyone else should get food posioning

  • The toco bell in Garfield heights ohio has very bad service. the people are very rude. plus i have went there many of times and the doors are lock at eight nine oclock wen the hours are clean as day dinning room closes at 10.   • I was at Taco Bell in Monticello, In the other night and once again they were without meat. For the life of me I cant figure out how a company that is based on there meat can just run out! This is not the first time this is happened. I posted on facebook and was shocked at how many people in town have been threw the same thing. Now I see there is an issue here and wonder how the company will fix there issue maybe you should fire all and start all over!

  • Hello, I could not find an email in order to address my complaint(s) on behalf of the service at TWO Taco Bell businesses, located in the same area (near Little Rock, Arkansas). At the first Taco Bell, the service was ridiculous. There were approximately 20 people waiting patiently on their food as were we, which we waited for over 40 mintues for and never got. After speaking with the head manager and asking kindly for a refund she proceeded to tell us that she was not required to help where help was needed as she continued to prep stacks of food for "future needs" as her employees (a grand total of two)worked hard in order to please all of the now impatient customers. After this encounter we went to a nearby Taco Bell (less than 10 minutes away) and when we got there one of the employees proceeded to inform us that they were out of taco meat which is in my opinion completely unacceptable considering that it is the main element in a taco. In all we waited over an hour at the two Taco Bells in which we never recieved food. I love Taco Bell, and enojoy the food there, and after this encounter I was highly disappointed in the service, and lack of concern for the pleasing of the customers.   • My Complaint is with the Taco Bell in Moanalua Shopping Center in Honolulu, Hi. Two weeks ago I went inside and ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas. When I arrived home I found 4 cheese pizzas and did nothing about it.
    This week I decided to go thru the drive thru and I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. The line was long and getting longer by the minute. There were 9 cars in the drive thru and we were all waiting and I am not exaggerating for ten minutes for this one car to get their food. Of course we could not get out of line since there was no way out. I was irritated as well as all the other people in line blowing horns. As I approached the windo I asked for the mgr. Eveline and explained to her that they should have a car waiting for a big order wait on the "side" and have someone bring it out to the person as do other fasdt food places. She scowled and I left with my pizzas. On my way home, as I was driving, I decided to check my pizzas. SURE ENOUGH, the WRONG pizzas again, after waiting all that time. I turned my car around and went back and walked in and asked for the mgr. and said they were cheese pizzas and not pepperoni and this was not the first time this had happened. She actually laughed and had someone give me two pepperoni pizzas. She actually went behind the counter and laughed. I may NEVER go back to a Taco Bell again if this is the way they choose to wait on patrons. I will write a letter to Taco Bell Corp. or perhaps call them and also complain in that way, because I am not sure that venting on email gets my point across. Two disgusting experiences in a matter of two weeks,,,,,,not exactly how I would run a business. She should be fired as there are too many people looking for work that may actually "care" about their patrons.

  • Please bring back the beefy cruch burrito or the beefy nacho burrito. I am so disappointed that taco bell got rid of both. I hate the "limited time only" excuse. I use to go to taco bell many times every week and I would bring my friends too, but I refuse to go anymore. There's nothing I like there anymore. Say goodbye to many customers.

  • Estes Park Taco Bell is the worst! Nasty dirty, and their employees are thiefs. One bean burrito & one crunchy taco is $2.35, but the Mexicans that work there tried to charge me $2.99. I told him he must not've gotten my order right, and he repeated it, and I said "it's not $2.99". He says, "oh, OK, $2.35. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOUT? They NEVER, NEVER get the order right anyway, even if you only order 2 tacos, they just can't get an order right. The Mexicans that work there are very rude, dirty, and cannot, or pretend they cannot, speak English!! GET A CLUE; I also will be contacting the BBB about this Taco Bell. They should not be open, and I've begun to take photos of the employees smoking pot at the back door. TERRIBLE PLACE …DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE OF GETTING SICK, OR WORSE.

    • We are locals at the same location and every time we go we have a horrible experience. The order is never right, the employees are horribly rude, and they often close early. We go back once and a while because we love Taco Bell hoping it will get better. I work as a waitress, I understand difficult costumers but if I ever treated people the way these employees do, I'd be fired in a NY minute! I wish I could find our receipt to file a formal complaint from the store and order number…but they never give us one.
