Hampton Inn Boston/Woburn Disappointing

Hampton Inn, Very disappointing the way I was treated refusing to give me a room that my company had reserved for me. I had the confirmation number and the room was in my name. They would not take my company’s business credit card that was on file with them. And she was also nasty about it.

Hampton Jacksonville FL Excellent Customer Service

Hampton, 4415 Southside Blvd Jacksonville FL. I want to commend the person(s) responsible for making Tamara part of your Hampton Inn Team. She is an absolute joy to do business with. I called in a pure panic to book a room for my son and his wife (on 3/21/25), after they had first been through a horrific experience at a different Jacksonville hotel. They had driven 7 hours only to arrive at a terribly dangerous location. Being in South Carolina, I had no idea where to guide them, so I said, “Look for the closest Hampton Inn, and give me the number…” Thankfully Tamara answered the phone and put my mind at ease. She guided me through booking their room, emailed the credit card authorization form to me, and they were all set by the time they entered the Hampton Inn. What a huge relief! I had to bother Tamara again for the hotel address, as my brother was also headed to Jacksonville, to arrive very late in the night. Tamara was so very helpful to them when they called to book their room. I cannot thank Tamara enough for her gracious help, and for her sweet, comforting voice.

Hampton Inn Ft Myers FL Disappointing Issues

Hampton Inn, We generally like the Hampton Inns. However a couple of things about this newer one we stayed at could be better. Namely, we had only one chair in a room with two queen beds. And at breakfast, all of the cold cereals were sweet and geared for kids. Would it be that hard to have one be Raisin Bran, or Corn Flakes, or plain Cheerios?

Hamton Valdosta GA Disappointing

Hampton, Dissapointed in run down condition. We stayed at the Valdosta Hampton Conference Center and was very dissapointed in the Run Down condition of the facility. None of the fitness center equipment worked and the washer & dryer machines were so Old and barely worked.The wallpaper was Falling off the walls everywhere in the hotel. I expect better of Hampton Inn and have never seen one in this run down condition. I will ask for my money back and choose another hotel from now on.

Hampton Inn, Exceptional Stay Hampton Inn Green River WY. January 3, 2025 I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 20 years, and only on one other occasion have I taken the time to write a letter reflecting on my experience after my stay. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service at the Hampton Inn in Green River. There is a comfort level of knowing what to expect when staying at one of your properties. However, the property in Green River goes above and beyond that expectation. It was evident from my first phone call inquiring about a room to the final goodbye as I headed out. Some of the little touches that meant a lot to me were the meals you serve and the option to visit your lounge. The amenities in the bathroom also had a special touch. The Q tips and makeup remover pads don’t seem like a big deal until you find yourself without them because you had an unexpected stay. I may be abnormal compared to others when noticing specific details, such as the higher quality trash bags you use in the rooms. It feels silly to mention this detail, but it is a win when you are staying multiple days and disposing of dinner items, and you don’t have to experience the trash bag ripping apart when you pull it out of the bin. The cleanliness of this property goes above and beyond. It’s not the newest property I’ve stayed at, but it’s one of the best-kept properties I’ve stayed at.

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Green River was unexpected, yet it was a delightful experience. I was coming home from visiting my sister in Idaho for Christmas and ran into bad weather. The drive home took much longer than expected, leading to spending the new year at the Hampton Inn in Green River. I enjoyed interacting with Michelle, Letty, Francis, Steven, Cassie, and several others during my stay. Their personal touch and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. There was a lovely card in my room from Pamela Collings saying enjoy your stay that was a nice touch. Kim, your general manager genuinely seemed to care. I had several conversations with the staff and learned that most of them had long been there. I don’t know if that’s the secret to the success at this Hampton Inn or if the people create the success that makes the staff want to stay for such a long time. Longevity in any industry is the exception and not the rule. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.
