Hi my name is brandy I am from okc,ok we recently took my 4 kids and husband thru the drive thru at the grandys located at sw 74th an western okc ok an was horrified with service! As I attempted to order I was repeativly cut off I couldn't even place the order finally by the time I tried to mention another meal she cut me off again as I will say the tone an rurudeness this lady Ashley displayed was extremely disrespectful and i said how rude can o finish by that time she did it again! So we drove off and I called back for the manager and whoever answered said well why do you need to talk to the manager I explained for service.sobfinally the manager came on i started to tell her she said I already took care of it I heard something about it and was putting my headset on but you had left. She said if you want to come back and come in i will serve you. First off I am disabled for me to go in unless eating there would be a hassle and then to have to go back in and deal with the same lady who made us feel totally uncomfortable. We spend alto when we eat there I have a big family. but just for her to say come in I will make your order and no kind of compensation due to what we incurred we do not EVER again it really is sad I will drive to the one in a diff town before that mistake ever happens again she just didn't seem sincere abputbit
