Reach Out To Coco Key Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

The last time I brought my family here, the weather had the park shut down half of our stay I understand that the park has no control over that but at least give your guest a voucher to come back in the future for the missed time. I decided to give this place a try again and here we are looking forward to the WHOLE park being open, but come to find out the baby pool (the first pool in the front of the park) is under renovation which was the main purpose we had come here so my 2 year old could enjoy it for the first time on his 2nd birthday. I honestly don’t see myself giving this place a third try. Two times is enough for me, I feel like all this place does is take your money at this point.

I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. The room was not clean. The beds were uncomfortable. The mini fridge didn’t work. Some of the staff was nice and the rest were rude. On Saturday morning, I got up early around 5 am. Went to the front desk to get my car key from Valet to go get coffee. I returned around 5:30 and returned my key bak to the front desk. Come Sunday at 7 am when trying to leave, the front desk “Feldiylia” would not get us our key to OUR CAR. We had to wait for another hour. We told her yesterday they gave us OUR KEY back way earlier without any issue. She said no, and we were not allowed to have OUR KEY back. Terrible customer service. Asked to speak with a manager and she denied me.
