WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. THEY ROBBED ME BLIND. THEY SAID THEY RAN MY DRIVING RECORD UP FRONT COMES TO FIND OUT THEY DID NOT. NOW MY INSURANCE IS PREMIUM IS GOING UP ALL BECAUSE THEY LIED. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY OF MY MONEY BACK

I went to purchas auto insurance with this agency and they charged me more than what they quoted me, After I signed the papers and paid them I notice my receipt was $50 more than what we discussed once I bought it up to their attention the agent told me not to worry about it she would give me a refund and charge me the right amount. after 45 mins she said that it was the weekend and we would have to wait til the next business day. that was on Fe.11, 2017 we are now Feb. 23, 2017 and I still havent receive my refund and I dont have auto insurance since she cancel it that same day,. Fisrt my refund would be refunded on on my bank account, then they would send it in 3-5 days thru the mail now, they cant refund my money back ! What a rip off! Please do not do business with this company! they will rob you blind!
I had freeway insurance for less than 24 hours and they now refuse to issue me a refund. This is highway robbery as well as poor customer service.
