Booked a room in Helen Ga for the weekend. I arrived at the room and was told that my room was not available. I booked a KING room w/smoking. They told me they had a double bed room with no smoking available. That is not what I paid for. The only option was another Hotel. I think it was Americas Best. It was trash. Dirty room, everything was unplugged, bed was atrocious, breakfast was boxed cereal and no milk. All for the same rate I paid for the Jameson, no discount what so ever. If I ever book this chain again, it will be nothing short of a miracle.
Stayed in 107 in Helen GA, room had no heat, service was rude, was told one price while on the phone was charged 200$ for one night! I will not go back! When I asked for corporate number was told to find it online!
Police were at your hotel in Monroe NC several times during my stay on 8/9/19. Unable to feel safe had to leave before staying the full night. I will be expecting a full refund. Again no working deadbolts no phone and you're staff are unable to keep the area safe without the constant police presence.
Also the people next door are smoking dope or something that smells a lot like it.
I checked into your Monroe NC location and your rooms dead bolts do not work and no phones in the rooms is also a issue. I will not be staying in another one of your hotels again. Not worth the price.
Stayed at Oakwood location in room 106. Mold in bath, tub had stains all in ti. Had to shower in flip flops. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows flat. Was about to call for more but didnt. Only stayed coz of price. Will not go back. Will tell friends to stay away.
I stayed my first n last visit yesterday due Front Line Employment I was exhausted
Long black hair in bed had changed immediately . Later realized there were no Bath Towels after showering.�� Not to mention 20% tax unreal. It was worth not being on the road after so tired yet this place could do much better than redicuous.
Never again. Next time I run into a similar situation I'll sleep in my car if I'm in this area.
