Worst expericence my son had astham I went to the holloywood location they gave him everything execpt the nebulizer. I called to get one theough my insurance they said the doctor had to request it. However, they want me to come back for soemthing I was already there for. This is a awful experience my son needs his nebulizer and does not need the doctor to see him for that he went to the emergency room and the old nebulizer broke the doctorr yold me to bring him back when he is 10 years old now thue want to tell me he need a asthma check up which is evey 3 months I am going to chnage my children from this assoiciatiom all together the situation is poorly handled
This company is VERY unprofessional!! To get someone on the ph to make or cancel an appointment is ridiculous.ITS VERY BAD THAT A PARENT COULD NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE. THE MACHINES ARE JUST RIDICULOUS. PLUS WANT TO CHARGE YOU WHEN YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT BUT YET NO ONE PICKS UP THE PH!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
