I have spent 1:51 on the phone with Qantas to book a ticket. The agent entered the wrong date. Another 1:13 minutes and the only way to fix it is to let them investigate for up to 48 hours and then we must pay any fare difference. This all came about because Qantas would not honor the prices listed on their website. Sad, sorry day for Qantas. Shame on you
