  1. August 12, 2014….This is a follow up letter to my letter dated July 23,2014. Due to someones very hard work on some very hot days the appearance of the outside of the Thermopolis, Wyoming Shopko has improved 100%. The weeds have been mowed, trimmed and removed all around the building and gives the curb appeal we love to see in our town. It now does make me want to shop in this store, as I have. Thank you to the person who did an outstanding job, it was very much noticed and appreciated!!

     
  2. July 23, 2014 I am writing to comment on the outside appearance of the Shopko store in Thermopolis, Wyoming. The weeds have taken over the front of the store property and adjacent area. They were somewhat mowed but left alot of work undone, the front,sides of the building and the parking lot. This appearance does not make a very lasting impression on anyone that may be thinking about stopping to shop. The height of the majority of the weeds are about four feet tall. I live here and the appearance doesn't intrigue me to stop and shop! Thanks for your attention to this matter.

     
  3. im a loyal customer i love the food and the staff but overheard a threat to the employees on hardees on 71st and woodland indianapolis it was in spanish so i was shocked to see this in a business this needs to be investigated very unprofessional

I NOTICE IN THERMOPOLIS WY THEY HIRED A NEW ASSISTANT MANAGER.WHEN I SEEN HER OVER HEARD SHE DOSENT NEED TO DO MUCH WORK ANYMORE TO SOME OTHER CUSTOMERS.AS ME A CUSTOMER AND HAS WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.PLUS WHEN I SEEN WHO THEY HIRED FOR THAT POSTION.AND I WONDER WHY THEY DIDNT DO A BACK GROUND CHECK ON HER.I HEARD FROM SOME FROM HER OTHER PAST JOBS SHE STOLE MONEY FROM THEM.AND BEING ASSISTANT YOU KNOW THEY HAVE A LOT OF RESPONSABILTY HANDLING MONEY AND OTHER VALUES.I JUST WONDER IF SHOPKO TRUST SOMEONE LIKE THAT HANDLING THERE LIVELY HOOD.PLUS WHEN I WAS SHOPPING IN THERE I NOTICE SHE WAS RUDE TO SOME CUSTOMERS THERE WHEN THEY ASK HER WHERE SOME STUFF THEY NEEDED.AND I HEARD ONE OF HER CO WORKERS HEARD THAT AND HEARD HER SAY TO SOMEONE THAT THE NEW ASSISTANT FOR SHOPKO IN THERMOPOLIS NAME ELAINE WAS NOT STARTING OUT VERY GOOD FOR THAT POSITION.

     
  5. I recently purchased two bakeware sets and waited for them to arrive. What arrived was one dinnerware set. I contacted customer service and was told they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours to tell me how to proceed. They left a message on my phone telling me, I was to take a picture of the item and email it to them. I did this. Then I was told by email the information was forwarded to the supervisor and I should hear something within another 24 to 48 hours. I contacted them back, when I did not hear from them and was told by email they had to wait to hear from the vendor before they can help me.Really, I the customer has to wait to get my order corrected until you hear from a vendor. That is not my problem that is ShopKo's problem. No time has been given to me when this will be resolved. This is extrememly poor service in my mind. I have called now twice and no supervisor was available to help me with this issue. Order # is 193599. I would really like the bakeware I purchased!

     
  6. I am a disabled woman, I use your Pharmacy in Racine. My hat goes off to all that work there, always very helpful and exceptionally nice. However, the music when you are on hold is very bad. You have 2 voices overlapping and the same music. Please someone in corporate call 262-637-8444, and you will see what i mean. In this day and age I think you could do better that that. A happy yet, unhappy customer.

     
  7. I had a payless shoe coupon. I purchased shoes at the payless shoe store inside Shopko – I was told
    I had to go to a payless shoe store to have the coupon honored. I was under the impression that
    it was a payless shoe store in shopko – what gives?

    Your concern is being handled in the appropriate manner; you see, since our founding in 1962, we at Shopko have developed a policy that allows social quarrels in the workplace to balance themselves out naturally. Rather than sticking our nose in someone else's business, the corporate office does not see itself in the position of shaking its finger at the employee and opposing bureaucratic oppression.

    We want you to know that we're just like you: real people with real concerns and everyday struggles. After all, the last thing you need after a hard day's work is a corporate suit breathing down your neck, am I right?

    1. SERIOUSLY? You call being degraded by a pharmacist in front of others or at all a social quarrel?I was a Pharm tech in training at a Shopko Pharmacy and finally quit after being HARASSED and degraded on a daily basis, not in a social quarrel with the Pharmacist.That Pharmacy has lost 5 techs in 6 months since that man took over.

       
  9. How can you allow harressment of employees by another employ in your store. How can you justify one employee calling another employee stupid and worthless and worse. I would really like to know. This has gone on for over a year and you have done nothing. It is said that with the all the information on Bullies and Bullying you can allow one to work in you pharmacy in the North Platte store. I have heard her degrade the tech in the pharm time and time again and she is still working. I don't understand what your policy is on work place bullies but it seems to me you are ignoring it.

     
    1. This happens on the daily in the DePere location with the front end supervisor and the CSS's, she degrates us on the regular and than thinks she needs respect.. It goes both ways….
