I love looking at the Zulily "New Today" area. But with your policy of no returns for anything , too risky to purchase clothing or shoes. But interesting to view your items , cause Ill look for them on another site where a worng fit can be returned.

Zulily is probably the absolute worst company that I have ordered from in my history of online shopping. I will absolutely never order from them again. To make my points easily read, I will list the reasons below:
1) I paid $15.10 for EXPEDITED shipping and was supposed to have my entire order by Jan. 5th, 2017. It is now the 29th and I am STILL missing items.
2) Every time I reply to a customer service rep via the email option, it is a New person an they reiterate what the person before said and don't actually solve the issue.
3) I asked to cancel my remaining items and for a refund of my shipping cost and instead of replying back about both requests, I was told I was going to be refunded the shipping cost
4) I have yet to receive the refund (5 plus days later)
5) Nobody is helping me and I am getting the run around
6) NOTHING looks exactly like the web pics and nothing fits right and ya can't return stuff

Today, 10-31-2016. They do Not have a working phone number. Also, through my own investigation, the shared customers contact, banking personal information. This was discovered by a $12.97 fee being deducted directly from my bank account. On your banking information… It will look like this:

I called the 800-515-9185 number, was informed Zulily was behind their Scam! Stating it was a fee for online subscription, for a cash back from Zulily, received for an order that Could NOT be filled after backorder. Their contact number tel:+1-877-779-5615 Zulily phone number
No longer in service… And if you try to call the headquarters, it will direct you to their disconnected phone number.

Somebody needs to sit down and read how Zulily operates and if he/she is not in agreement, shop elsewhere. Did you spend the $10 you got when they had to cancel your order? You neglected to mention that. I love shopping at Zulily.
This customer is done….
I have tried for several days to find out why my order I've been waiting a month to receive while my money was being held only to find out that they cancelled the order because they couldn't get it from the vendor. Who does that? Advertises to customers, takes their money, customer waits and waits and then finds out it's cancelled!!! NOT only cancelled but on a portion of my money was refunded!!! I called. CS rep. said she'll look into reinstating my order. Her reply the next day through FB with a here's a credit apology…but we've refunded the rest of your money the vendor cannot produce it. ???? I (now infuriated) because I'm told she was going to reinstate my order THAT I PAID FOR AND WANTED!! AND NOW IT'S ANOTHER OH WELL. I POST on FB about this problem and the unsatisfactory results. Rep immediately posts send us your info…standard everytime someone complains on there… the response a whole 7.5 hours later…AFTER I REMINDED THEM I POSTED THIS PROBLEM….WAS it was RESOLVED! WHAT? NO IT WASN'T? WHERE THE HELL ARE THE DISHES I ORDERED AND WAITED FOR! NEXT RESPONSE SAYS AN EMAIL WAS SENT OUT. APPARENTLY AN EMAIL I NEVER RECEIVED OR RESPONDED TO. BUT THEY CANCELLED IT ANYWAY! WHO DOES THAT? ZULILY IS WHO. I'VE SPEND SO MUCH $$ WITH THIS COMPANY AND CONTINUED TO ORDER IN SPITE OF NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH OTHER ORDERS…BUT THIS HERE IS THE FINAL STRAW!! YOU LOST A CUSTOMER. CONGRATS. I will let everyone know the reputation of this company. I will now spend my $ elsewhere…NO more BS zulily….pooor service…nice items…but what good are they if they cancel orders, ship the wrong items, items that are ripped…etc. Hopefully you'll start listening to customers more and a lot less run around excuses…
